A beautiful riad with fantastic staff.
Pros:

We loved the stunning, traditional and intricate Moroccan decor, the location within the old city walls, and the rooftop view which is spectacular. Most of all, we appreciate the warmth and attentiveness of the staff (especially Ibrahim and Salah) who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with many things such as tailor made tours and exchanging money. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere within the Riad was calm, and we had a great sleep.

Excellent value for the money
Pros:

Excellent presentation of the breakfast and everything was freshly prepared. Staffs were very helpful and polite. He came to pick up from the location where taxi dropped us. Also, staffs were available on phone whenever we needed any advice. Explained well about facilities available and 3rd party services nearby. We went for Moroccan Hammam and they arranged someone to pick up and drop back to the Riad. Taxi booking to the airport was very smooth. Decorations are great and it gives a very luxurious and cosy feeling in the courtyard and the rooms. Rooms are huge with very comfy bed/pillows. Very clean and tidy place to stay

Cons:

It will be good if there was a short description of streets to reach the location. It is quite centrally located but a good chance to get lost in Fes as there are so many streets.

Un riad magnifique au cœur de la médina, avec un accueil exceptionnel et une équipe aux petits soins
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans ce riad. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et l’accueil est chaleureux dès les premiers instants. Une mention spéciale à toute l’équipe, toujours aux petits soins et très attentionnée.

Dès que l’on franchit la porte et que l’on entre dans le hall, on a l’impression de plonger dans l’univers des Mille et Une Nuits : c’est magique, élégant et plein de charme. Le riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et met parfaitement en valeur l’artisanat marocain.

Les chambres sont très belles, confortables et bien équipées. On se sent immédiatement dépaysé et plongé au cœur de l’authenticité marocaine.

Un lieu plein de charme, idéal pour découvrir Fès et profiter d’un accueil exceptionnel. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter.

Unglaublich schönes Riad, innenhof sowie zimmer 10/10. sehr sauber alles und auch tolles frühstück.

Mir hat es gefallen dass vieles wie gerberei zu Fuss nur 10-15 min. Waren brauchten kein taxi dafür.
Der Mustafa und der andere Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr nett und haben immer gefragt ob wir was brauchen. sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es war sehr schön das Hotel Ansicht super schön die Mitarbeiter genauso sehr korrekt und kompetent nur das was mir fehlte dass man da kein Fenster bzw. Frische Luft hatten. Sonst die Ausstattung design hammer gewesen. alles war eigentlich ganz gut.

Pros:

O Riad é novo, decorado com muito gosto e muito acolhedor. Fomos recebidos de forma calorosa e sentimo-nos logo em casa. A equipa fez de tudo para nos proporcionar uma excelente experiência em Fes, desde a reserva de guia e transfers até às recomendações de restaurantes. O quarto era espaçoso, bonito e equipado com tudo o que era necessário; a cama, em particular, era enorme e muito confortável.
No primeiro dia jantámos no Riad e a comida era caseira, com uma ótima relação qualidade-preço.
Um detalhe que marcou a diferença foi o facto de a Sara viver em Portugal há muitos anos e falar fluentemente português.

Cons:

Como único aspeto a melhorar, aponto apenas a drenagem da água no poliban. De resto, estava tudo perfeito!

Das Personal war absolut genial, sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit in allen Punkten, einfach unglaublich toll, vielen lieben Dank. Das Auto stand sicher bewacht, der Empfang mit Tee und Keksen so lieb, daß Frühstück so reichhaltig und lecker. Die Organisation der Stadtführung war wirklich super und die Führung in deutscher Sprache richtig top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

Pros:

Es ist ein wunderschönes Riad. Man kommt sich vor wie in einem Museum.
Mustapha hat sich ausgesprochen gut um uns gekümmert und uns bei allem geholfen. Das Abendessen war auch sehr lecker. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top!

Pros:

Les responsables du Riad nous ont surclassés dans une suite supérieure. Merci à eux, la propreté des lieux était extraordinaire. Prix intéressant et bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il est un peu éloigné du centre (+ou- 1km), le prix des repas, le manque d'infrastructures (pas de transats sur la terrasse, pas de spa, pas de garde de robe (obligé de laisser ses vêtements dans la valise), la tv uniquement youtube,..), il n' est absolument pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, l'établissement neuf donc manque d'expériences du personnel.

Riad extraordinaire avec des hôtes époustouflants.
Pros:

Riad absolument magnifique ! Le travail de restauration est impressionnant, on se croit dans un palace ! Service d'une très grande gentillesse, tout à fait esprit "conciergerie", comme dans les hôtels les plus fastueux.
Le riad est très bien placé, le sens de l'accueil est extraordinaire, tout est fait pour nous simplifier la vie et rendre le séjour confortable et inoubliable.
Riad à recommander de toute urgence !!

Cons:

Pas grand chose... juste revoir la pente de la douche à l'italienne pour une meilleure évacuation de l'eau.
