Guest Reviews
The staff were fantastic and the rooms were very spacious and nice
Hot bath was okay for a standard of hotel like this, but I would’ve expected better
Extremely clean. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and had a massive bathtub. Overall a really enjoyable stay
No complaints whatsoever
One stop on the metro away from the busy Dotonbori area, convenience stores nearby for supplies, comfortable bed, we stayed on the 6th floor which had a laundry, vending and ice machine on it. The room is very modern, somewhat roomy for a Japanese Hotel and the staff are incredible!
If I make it back to Osaka I'll definitely be staying here because it was perfect for what we needed when visiting Osaka.
The Air-conditioning was robust even on the lowest setting and the air always flowed pointing towards the bed which led to us feeling very stuffy when we woke up in the morning.
Fantastic hotel in absolutely perfect location.
Very clean and comfortable room.
It would be great to have some storage/wardrobe space.
Close enough to shops and attractions
Clean and welcoming
La habitacion muy comoda y limpia
El restaurante muy muy deficiente, a evitar. La zona no es agradable, sobretodo de noche.
Close to shops and train station. Room is spacious and very comfortable.
Room is a little bit dusty and restaurant is quite pricey.
