Great facilities and staff were extremely friendly. The rooms were, as you’d expect in Japan, compact but designed in a way that maximised the space.

Great location close to Ebisucho metro and just 2 stops from Namba. Very spacious rooms and a decent breakfast. Overall a great stay and would come back again

Pros:

Провели в отели 3 ночи. Понравилось абсолютно всё. Персонал приветливый. Отель новый. Есть общественный горячий бассейн и сауна. Метро в пяти минутах. Фото на букинг соответствуют действительности.

整潔部分如能改善會再回訪
Pros:

1. 友善積極的服務人員
2. 舒適的大浴場
3. 剛開幕的全新設施
4. 鬧中取靜的地理位置

Cons:

1. 房間還有沒清乾淨的頭髮
2. 空調的出風口位置不是很理想
3. 吸煙室的髒污一整天都沒有清掃，抽風扇積滿灰塵。

Heel fijn hotel op goede plek!
Pros:

Locatie was perfect, veel te doen op loopafstand in NAMBA. Kamer ruim en mooi ingericht. Geen uitzicht op de kamer maar wel rust. Ontbijt was heel goed, zelfs suikerspinnen 😁

Cons:

Niets, was allemaal prima!

Pros:

The hotel is very clean and good location .

Cons:

The AC is blowing right on top of the bed. In case you decide to be open the window, it’s super noisy . The breakfast is until 9:30 only , which is very early closing time

Pros:

Zeer schoon nieuw hotel.
comfortabele douche en fijn bed.
Zeker voor deze prijs.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was té aziatisch georiënteerd en op drukke dagen werd niets bijgevuld en was er bijna niets meer te eten.
Helaas spraken de medewerkers van de receptie weinig tot geen Engels. Opzich lukt het wel met een vertaal app alleen voor een hotel misschien handig wanneer basis engels iets beter beheerst wordt.

New and nice place but amenities are pretty low.
Pros:

It was nice and clean, nice bathroom. Good location near train station.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty tight. Very light on amenities provided and low quality stuff. Even basic stuff wasn't provided like a coffee machine and coffee pods or moisturizer etc. No lounge. Staff made some mistake with billing but wouldn't fix it but just keep apologizing.

Wonderful anchor for our stay in Osaka.
Pros:

Location close to transit, had everything we needed (e.g. delicious on-site breakfast, laundry, etc), quiet well-equipped room, and comfortable room bed.
