Exceptional value, Exceptional staff 👏
Pros:

Very clean, spotless pool and pool area. Good sized room with walk in shower. The hotel had a nice feel about it with all the wood used in construction. Hotel restaurant- Breakfast was off menu and the staff made whatever you fancied. Lovely, large cool area. Great start to the day.

Great stay, thank you!
Pros:

We had a great stay here, great value, a bit away from the center of town which makes it quiet. The staff is incredible! For our wedding anniversary, they decorated the room, arranged for a nice restaurant. Arranging transfers and tours was a breeze. Thank you!

Pros:

Au depart nous n’étions pas satisfait de notre chambre, le manager Cheng a donc pris en charge notre séjour afin de nous assurer le confort dans son établissement. Il nous as changé très rapidement de chambre, et a demandé à son équipe de nous assister au mieux durant notre séjour.
Grâce à Cheng et à son équipe et leur dévouement et professionnalisme nous avons passés un excellent séjour à siem reap.
Il s’est assuré que nous avions le nécessaire, et nous as assisté tout au long de notre séjour nous proposant de réserver pour nous un itinéraire pour visiter les temples ainsi que les véhicules nécessaires pour tous nos déplacements. Vous avez aussi sur place la possibilité de réserver une moto pour vos excursions.

One of my favourite stays
Pros:

Lovely staff, always there to offer a helping hand going above and beyond. We loved our stay, it might be the best place I have ever stayed. The staff made it very accommodating, food and coffee was great and the pool was perfect too. I can't think of a better way to spend time with my girlfriend in Siem Reap

Exceptional service, spotless facilities, and delicious food made our stay unforgettable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities were excellent, from the reception area to the pool, rooms, and overall environment — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed us to check in as early as 9am, even though the usual check-in time was 2pm, which made our trip so much more convenient.

Whenever we needed something, they were always very helpful and attentive. The food was also delicious — definitely worth trying during your stay. What impressed us most was their warm hospitality; whenever we went out, they waited for us and even accompanied us right to our doorstep, making us feel very safe and well taken care of.

Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Clean, comfortable, delicious food, and truly exceptional service. Highly recommended!
