Pros:

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Italy. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the room layout was very convenient. We stayed for three nights and experienced no disturbing noise at all. A good location in the city center, with the train station also within easy reach. Breakfasts are not outstanding but good; I especially like the possibility to have fruits. Overall, a wonderful calm stay!

Definitely would return
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel was in a very nice, clean area of Tome and a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Was nice to have a small grocery store next door and many great restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were so pet friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast staff were wonderful too. Breakfast was delicious have tones of variety- hot, cold and delicious homemade desserts. Rooms were very spacious with hardwood floors. Beautiful big bathrooms with lots of towels and toiletries. Had a lift which was great as we had tones of luggage but also had a great staircase especially as I hate using the elevators.

Pros:

We stayed here 2 nights. The rooms we stayed in was quite small for 4 people. Could e en get past the beds. Was very cramped. It's in a part of Rome which you need to walk up a big hill to get to the centre. It's ok but not great.

Cons:

We had ants in our room. The staff were grest. They offered us free breakfast but still should happen. Rooms were very small. Didn't look like the room I paid for.

Very happy to return to this hotel and recommend it to others.
Pros:

A most enjoyable stay. Perfect location for easy access to all the historic sites. Hotel staff most helpful and accommodating.
Fabulous terrace bar.
Exceptional buffet breakfast.

Cons:

One in our group suggested a better/sweeter fragrance in the communal areas. ( personal preference)

Pleasant and functional stay in a good location. Room was a little small. Service was good.
Pros:

Location was good and room was clean. Showers are powerful and strong. Air conditioning worked well, which was important as the temperature was very hot.

Cons:

Room was small. Bathroom sink was not very useable due to the hot/cold taps that were not easy to turn.
