The staff at the entrance as i took me nearly 40 min to leave from the hotel: i didn’t have a taxi app for booking, i didn’t want to pay triple the price for an unauthorized “luxury car” especially when i don’t know if the drivers have been checked by a proper transportation company, and so i was ignored and had to find a taxi by myself. They told me normal taxis arrive there quite rare but i saw at least 5-7 cars pulling in front, dropping people, during the time i waited. However, none of the team members bothered to get one for me. I found them disrespectful considering that i was a guest of the hotel. It seemed they were more interested in getting me one of those “luxury cars” than actually ensuring a proper service. The rest was absolutely great, including all the other team members i dealt with. My only issue was with the guys at the entrance - the valet parking guys.

Very nice cozy hotel
Pros:

Spacious rooms and very nice facilities.
Gym was great fully equipped so you don’t miss your workout on vacation!

Cons:

Rooms are not fully soundproof so you get to hear people walking in the corridor at night and kids running outside.
Gym was a bit hot especially treadmills area.

The elevators situation was a bit hectic, you need to take 2 elevators to get to the room and poolside
