It was a disappointing stay that felt misrepresented

2. The use of refillable water rather than requesting mineral water bottles to refill

The rooms were clearly not ready for guests despite advertising as being newly refurbished.
1. Our first room had a broken door handle
2. Bathroom wall was not clean
3. No toiletries, only hand soap
4. Furniture was dated and clearly worn out
5. Curtains could not be used smoothly
6. No lamps by the bed
7. Iron’s cable was too short
8. No laundry bag and hairdryer provided in the room
9. Toilet on level 6 (cafe) was very dirty
10. Sink water pressure was very low (level 13)

Seronok sebab bilik luas, disediakan sejadah, katil dan bantal empuk, iron board dan iron, tandas selesa, ada mini fridge, kettle, 2 gelas, toiletries, bath tub boleh adjust suhu air. Ada outfoor kolam! Also ada cafe tingkat bawah, makanan order dia sedap yalls!

Cons:

Tv dia old style punya channel. Tandas selesa tapi tak berapa bersih dia punya dinding, bath tub pun. Shower dia kat bath tub je, takleh mandi berdiri hahaha! Menu breakfast dia, kurang sedap bagi saya.
