Rami vieta pačiam centre. Nemokama stovejimo aikštelė., labai svaru ir tvarkinga. Yra butiniausi virtuves prietaisai. Lovos patogios..

Šiek tiek šaltokas bendras vonios kambarys. Taip rasti su mašina šiek tiek išūkis, veda i priešingą alėjos pusę, kur pervažiuoti draudžiama. Iš tiesų reik iš kitos pusės pro policiją pavinguriuot ir esi veitoje. Įjėmas su pin kodu. Todėl užsakant reik butinai gaut pramešimą. Kažkodėl antra kart teko prašyt spec. Gal.kažkas nesuveikė.
