1) Tualete atrodas ārpus apartamentiem - trepju telpā - un tā ir auksta un smirdoša.
2) Apkure nepietiekama - auksti.
3) Koplietošanas telpas - vannasistaba un virtuves lete ar koptelpu (dīvāns, tv, galds) neliela - un jārēķinās, ka istabiņās var palikt līdz pat 12+ viesu.
4) Silts ūdens 1-2 cilvēkiem, tad boilerim jāsilst 3-4 h.
5) Izīrētājam pieder telpas arī vecas pasta ēkas 1.stāvā, kur notiek korporatīvi pasākumi ar ļoti skaļu mūziku, alkohola lietošanu, smēķēšanu un skandāliem pagalmā - konkrētajā vakarā līdz aptuveni 1 AM - par ko host pēc rezervācijas nepapūlējās informēt.
6) Bezmaksas stāvvieta pieejama tikai tad, ja nelielajā pagalmā ir vietas.
7) Ēka veca, telpas smird - jāver vaļā logi, bet telpas aukstas (arī nāk iekšā cigarešu dūmi, ja lejā smēķē, un ņemot vērā atrašanās vietu - tā var notikt jebkurā vakarā).
8) Nav iztīrīts - trauki jāmazgā rokām pašiem viesiem un tādi viņi attiecīgi arī ir, plaukti un citas vietas netīras.
9) Iekļuves sistēma elektroniska - kodi. Ja aizej uz tualeti kāpnēs un nepaņem līdzi telefonu - atpakaļ netiksi.
10) Telpas nolietotas - krīt ārā skrūves no rokturiem, no vecajiem radiatoriem un logiem lobās krāsa, logi grūti atverami u.c.
11) Vannasistabā nav nekādu pamata mazgāšanās līdzekļu (tikai šķidrās ziepes).
12) Grīdas ir aukstas, bet čību nav (jāstaigā āra apavos).
13) Arī halātu nav (kopēja duša ar citiem viesiem).
14) TV ekrānam nav pieslēgta neviena TV skatīšanās iespēja.
15) Cena augstāka kā daudz kvalitatīvākām un visādā ziņā daudz labākām vietām Ogrē.
16) Ģimene ar maziem bērniem bija spiesti braukt prom uz Daugavpili, lai nākamajā rītā atkal atgrieztos bērnu hokeja turnīrā U7, jo rezervējot booking arī nebija radies priekšstats, kāda patiesībā ir situācija.
17) Uz pieprasījumu kompensēt murgaino pieredzi, host atrunājas ar booking policies.

Šo vietu var rezervēt tikai tad, ja vēlaties nepatīkami pavadīt vakaru, nakti un rītu, sabojāt garastāvokli, un par to iztērēt vairāk naudas kā labās vietās.

īpašums atrodas vecajā Pasta ēkā, pašā ogres centrā. Plašs, viss jauns. Daļēji saglabāts pasta mājas mantojums.

Cons:

Labierītcības ir ārpuss dzīvokļa koridorī uz kuru vajag kodu. Lai tiktu līdz istabiņai tev ir jāievada 3 kodi. Nedaudz neērti.

Vieta ar savu vēsturi un šarmu pašā pilsētas centrā.
Pros:

Lieliska atrašanās vieta - uz gājēju ielas, pats centrs. Gaumīgi iekārtots dzīvoklis ar visu nepieciešamo.

Cons:

Šī bija mana pirmā pieredze ar dalīto tualeti un vannas istabu. Tā kā visas istabiņas bija aizņemtas un visi pamodāmies vienlaicīgi, tad viena tualete un vannas istaba uz visiem radīja diskomfortu.

Really good rooms with nice beds. It's really nice that there is a kitchen with everything that you will need to prepare food.

Cons:

One small thing to know there is one shower for all of the rooms, but we were aware of that cause the administration notified us about that.

It is a good choice for shorter stay and better if you know people who stay together.
Pros:

Very good location, good price. Good that we had all three rooms to our group - we shared the kitchen with people that we know. If there were any strangers in other rooms it wouldn’t be as good. Communication with staff was fast and reliable

Cons:

The toilet in the corridor wasn’t very convenient. There is a smell in the shower.

The location is perfect and the guidance on how to get there was really great! My recommendation is to take pics of the entrance code crack as it took me a great deal to open the door. Apart from that all good. Great communication between the service providers!

The beds were really comfortable! Great night sleep!

Cons:

The only negative was cold shared toilet on the staircase, however I was assured by the service providers that this is a temporary issue due to reconstruction.

Die zentrale Lage und Parkplatz. Haben wir uns an Studenten Zeiten erinnert.

Cons:

Was wir bei Buchen übersehen haben, das Dusche, Küche und WC mit anderen teilen must. Aber zum Schlafen hat gereicht.
