Pros:

It was clean and tidy. Secure parking for my motorcycle 🏍️ which is a must for me.

Cons:

It was advertised with a restaurant and still had the breakfast menu in the room. The restaurant had been closed for over a year and as i arrived in the evening I wasn’t prepared to go back out after unloading my bike to find a restaurant that would still be serving food!! I had trouble finding the property. A signpost pointed to the right, I followed the very narrow country lanes for at least a mile and couldn’t find it. Having turned back it was up a narrow roadway 50 yards from the original signpost but had no signage by that small road!!! Could do with another sign at that junction.

Nothing like that on the website toilet keep blocking shower was over flow the tray floors dirty not enough pillows not any milk and not enough tea or coffee or sugar had to keep asking for more

If you are only needing the room for somewhere to sleep while on business then it fits the bill.
Pros:

The location was very good for me. it was quiet which i like. The room was clean and adequate for my needs.

Cons:

The fire alarm was tested about 9pm with no warning so a bit of a shock to the system when getting ready for bed. No tea or coffee refils for each day and the heater didn't work so it was quite cold in the room in the evenings.

Pros:

Location was good for my working away

Cons:

Very poor accommodation. Lights flickered, shower didn’t work, lots of commotion outside from staffs friends hanging around, fire alarms going off all hours! I was complaining at reception at 4 am as I wasn’t getting any sleep with the Noise and fire alarms going off. Not just one night either. Was left with a hole in my foot from a nail sticking out of the bathroom tiles (which were all cracked and chipped also) management didn’t want to know about my poor stay!

Super clean room
Pros:

A nice big warm room, comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was good and it was super clean, all for an excellent price.

Not very welcoming
Cons:

Cold, heating didn't work properly. No heating in bathroom. Noise from 5am,some sort of water pump, very loud.

Below expectation.
Cons:

Appearance of the hotel was poor , bathroom was very cold , water pressure in the shower was below expectation. No restaurant available and Breakfast did not appear to be available . Breakfast menu seemed to be biased towards Muslims as only 'turkey bacon' was offered. Also check in staff seemed to suggest breakfast wasn't really available.
