C'est un très bel hôtel, objets, construction, propreté, etc

Cons:

C'est au milieu de la vie mexicaine, donc pour ceux qui peuvent dormir même si les chiens aboient très fort derrière les murs non insonorisés c'est ok mais pour nous c'était pas le confort idéal. La chambre disait donner sur la cour intérieure alors qu'il n'y avait aucune fenêtre sur le dehors sauf le passage.

Pros:

The best place I have stayed in Mexico. Great facilities - comfortable, spacious rooms with great showers and hammocks, lovely pool area and free water dispenser on site. Close to the centre and bus station. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with a tour and also with our onward journey. Every single staff member I encountered was brilliant. The WhatsApp communication was very useful. If you are staying in Valladolid, I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you!

Schönes Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Der Stul hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab gemütliche Sitzecken und einen schönen angelegten Pool.
Morgens gab es Kaffee und es hatte immer einen Wasserspender.
Das Frühstück im anliegenden Café war fantastisch!

Cons:

Es war recht hellhörig.

Beautiful property and amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely little hotel. Good location. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Quite peaceful. Slept very well. Restaurants nearby. Staff fantastic. Really welcoming and responsive. Went out of their way to cater to every need. Rooms immaculately clean. Loved the view of the pool from our balcony. Great they provide filtered drinking water and coffee so you dont need to buy your own. A beautiful property. Very on brand for Valladolid.

Cons:

Pool mostly in the shade and limited / not very good sunbeds. That's all I can think of.

Hotel fabuloso!! Sin duda volvería
Pros:

Habitación de lujo, muy cómoda y limpia. Contaban con dispensador de agua potable y café de cortesía. La alberca y áreas verdes hermosas. Las lámparas hermosas y la maca me encanto. El personal muy amable. Volvería a quedarme ahí. Super cerca del centro.

A lovely clean, peaceful and comfortable hotel close to the old town
Pros:

Big clean rooms
Very well run - great staff
Lovely communal spaces to relax
Good location - walkable to everything!
Nice touches and features- felt good quality

Cons:

Our bedroom didn’t have a window and was closer to the road, I think I might har asked for a room overlooking the pool, but I’m not sure I could select that on booking.

Quaint oasis close to the centre of town with amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel with cute café restaurant in front. Staff was excellent. A bit of an oasis in the town of Valladolid

Cons:

There’s not much the hotel could do about this, but because of the heat in Mexico when we first went into the room, there was a humid smell
