Worse no response on customer service online.
Cons:

They don't respond to my messages about my booking, they send messages here that once I make a new booking they will cancel my booking because of a change date mistake I made but after I make a new booking they don't respond anymore to my messages , and they said I will not gonna pay again for my new booking but they still want me to pay in my new booking.

Good value, clean and spacious for budget-range
Pros:

Spacious. Clean. OK staff. Accessible area in the centre of everything (a little noisy though). Parking available (not utilized though, might do in future, other reviews note a surcharge though). Bathroom good, though shower went from superhot to cold and back all the time. Good value.

Elevator touch panel on half the floors was out of order. Shower went from superhot to cold and back all the time. A little noisy, but location is also a pre, just a tradeoff. Slow wifi, not suitable for work, just enough to google/mail/message. Minor presence of ants/cockroaches, better than most places in this area, but price-range competitor Inn de Avenida a few blocks away is for example pest free and has unbeatable soft beds, awesome showers and very nice staff. All in all, we did like this place and might come back as frequent travelers in the area, but for now we probably stick to our aforementioned place to go.
