Categories

Cleanliness
1
Mixed reports: some guests said rooms were clean, but several reviews explicitly reported unclean toilets and urine in the bowl, so cleanliness leans negative overall.
Service
1
Generally positive: multiple guests praised friendly and helpful staff who changed rooms when needed and had quick elevator service, though a few noted slow responses at times.
Location
1
Strong positive: repeatedly mentioned as very near the airport / KLIA and in a convenient area for short stays, though some rooms face road noise.
Room Quality
1
Negative: frequent issues with air-conditioning (not cooling or not working), TV/remote problems, windows that don't close, and inconsistent hot water; several guests reported poor soundproofing and noise.
Amenities
1
Negative: guests reported lack of lift/ramp, no Wi‑Fi in some reviews, broken in-room phones, slow showers, faulty flushes and limited TV channels—amenities were commonly cited as deficient.
Value for Money
1
Mixed: some guests said the stay was worth it or good for a short rest, while others found the facility lacking; overall neutral given conflicting mentions.
Food and Beverage
1
Standard quality for this hotel tier: almost no in‑hotel F&B commentary (one guest ate breakfast outside), so no clear positive or negative signal.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed but slightly positive overall: location and friendly staff often salvaged stays despite multiple facility and room-quality complaints; suitable for short airport stays with caveats.
