Tuvimos un problema con la habitación al llegar
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y las camas estaban con ropa de cama limpia y eran cómodas.

Cons:

Llegamos muy tarde después de muchas horas de vuelo y cuando por fin vamos a dormir la luz de la habitación no se podía apagar. Eran las 2 de la madrugada y tuvimos que esperar un rato hasta que vinieron a comprobar que realmente el interruptor se había roto y no había manera de apagar la luz. Al final tuvimos que cambiar a otra habitación que tenía el aire acondicionado con menos potencia pero por lo menos pudimos descansar unas cuantas horas.

Bilik 310 - Aircond tidak berfungsi dengan baik ; berpeluh malam tidur , adjust banyak kali still tidak elok . Nak tukar blik jam dh 2.00 am

Friendly staff, quick /less waiting time for elevator, strategic location with restaurant.

Cons:

Please improve with ramp at front door because I bring heavy luggage( a lot of travellers )that need to carry it not easily pull it when ramp present at front door. Thanks
