Pros:

Ideal run away 😀 beautiful house with the view on Batur. I was alone but felt absolutely safe and lucky. Personal was nice, home cozy and clean.

Cons:

The only thing is the road down to place - but it is mountains so all logical

Очень милый и заботливый персонал. Они нас забирали с основной дороги, хозяин еще нарвал нам свежайшей айвы, в номере было все необходимое, даже халаты, тапочки, фен, чайник, холодильник и печенье. Вид из окна это что-то невероятное!

Cons:

Последний километр ( после съезда с дороги) было очень страшно проехать на байке ( большой уклон, камни). Но хозяин нас забирал оттуда и потом завозил обратно на машине

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El personal destacó por su amabilidad y atención constante, haciéndonos sentir especialmente cuidados en todo momento; sin duda, uno de los mejores servicios que hemos experimentado en nuestros viajes.
El desayuno es delicioso, las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones y el entorno, con vistas al monte y un jardín muy bien cuidado, invita a desconectar y relajarse. Recomendamos este lugar sin duda para quienes buscan tranquilidad y un servicio excepcional.

Como aspectos a considerar, los últimos minutos de acceso pueden resultar algo desafiantes si no se tiene experiencia conduciendo, y la insonorización entre alojamientos podría mejorar.

My quiet space with the nature, well spent 🥰
Pros:

The host is very helpful, thank you for Mr Kadek for handling our late checkin and so patient with our arrival. The road is bumpy but they helped us and pick up on the main road and drive down to the property by Van/Jeep.

The View is amazing and the property is super nice. We will definitely come back!

Pros:

The host was very welcoming and truly went out of his way to meet our needs. The place has an incredible view and possibility to have a little private campfire.

Cons:

Just to be noted, there is no aircon so the room can get hot during daytime. There is a fan, but a big screen to keep air flowing could help. Also, the road to the accommodation is a bit tricky to navigate.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

This place looks like new, very clean and spacious. The view is amazing! The bed on the 2nd floor is so clever, you can enjoy both morning or sunset view right from your bed. The territory is cute and beautiful. There was a pool on the territory of a neighbour hotel and I could use it for free. The property also provided 2 cups of noodles and 2 soft drinks for free (so caring). The bathroom had a little open view from above but it was not bothering at all. The host was very kind and caring. Highly recommend!
*the road to the property is really bumpy but the property provides a transfer from/to the main road, so it was not problematic, you wouldn’t go on foot

Pros:

Очень красивый дом, все новое, очень чистое, сад в туалете очень уютный, вид - просто потрясающий! Видно красивый рассвет и Батур! Очень приветливый персонал, помогали нам во всем, возили нас везде, угощали, предложили развести костер, организовали нам трансферы до Батура и горячих источников, и до Убуда! Огромная благодарность!

Perfect stay with amazing staff
Pros:

We had an incredible stay, with memorable views and experiences. The rooms are comfortable with a short walk to the Black Lava cafe, where the pool is available for guests. We would give 10 starts to the staff, with an incredible Balinese hospitality, taking care of every details of our stay, with support and flexibility to organize our trip to the Batur. Different from all guided tours that start at 3am, getting very grounded for the sunrise, we started at 6am and got the views with almost nobody there.

Pros:

Tres belle vue sur le mont Batur.
Seulement, logement loin de tout, pas très accessible, heureusement un chauffeur qui travaille dans le complexe nous amenait sur la route principale, attention si trop éloigné du lieu, payant.
Pas de Clim, un petit ventilateur seulement.

Le personnel était adorable.
