Pros:

Felt like heaven on Earth, incredible place, incredible garden. The care the owners show to their garden, villas and guests touched me. Definitely coming back.

On a practical note, the room and amenities were clean (coming from a clean freak), the shuttle worked well, hot water’s pressure was good. It may get cold in Kintamani, so make sure to have warm clothes and warm pajamas in particular.

Amazing! Lost for words at how beautiful this place is.
Pros:

Villa was exceptional, clean, bed very comfortable. View from the Villa was amazing! Like OMG Amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. Little extras in the room like tea, coffee and noodles. I would stay again.

Cons:

Just be mindful of the drive down from the main road is a little challenging. However the owner of the villas will drive you up whenever you need.

Unsettling staff and experience
Pros:

- Nice view
- Clean and spacious rooms

Cons:

- Unsettling staff : they are always there to help you but you feel watched and confined and have to fully rely on them for any transportation to the main road that is only accessible by jeep.
- Would not recommend if you are only female travelers.
- The staff forces activities on you and you have to refuse multiple times in order to not do certain activities.
- Very limited hot water in the shower if there is even any water.
- The staff would enter your room without knocking.
- There was an electricity blackout in the evening.
- We could hear chickens and the staff all night.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, especially if you're planning to hike the volcano. It's the perfect base for an early morning start, and after a long day of trekking, it feels great to come back to such a comfortable place.

We highly recommend booking the evening BBQ as an extra option — it was delicious and made our stay even more special. The host grilled fresh local meat and vegetables right in front of us, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

On top of that, the host also took us to the hot springs in his jeep, which was such a memorable experience! He was super friendly, flexible, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

Cons:

soundproofing isn't the strongest, so you might hear some noise from outside. Also, the road up to the villa is quite steep, but completely doable with a car — we had no issues at all.

The Batur view right in front. & bon fire

Cons:

I requested for a vase upon booking, but they gave me ice bucket when i arrived. A lot of flies during daytime. Hot water in shower is always running out after a few minutes. Wifi didnt work on my last day. Freezing cold throughout and theres no heater in room. Location is very hard to get around.

Чисто, уютно, красивый вид❤️ У хозяина свой сад и фрукты, но был очень дружелюбный и угостил нас апельсинами с его сада. Вид на вулкан Батур, вечером также можно посидеть у костра….

Great stay

Great location but not so comfortable. Don't expect a good night's sleep
Pros:

The view / location is great
The staff is friendly
Walking distance from black lava

Cons:

No sound insulation so noisy at night. Can easily hear neighbours and stray dogs
No curtains on some of the windows so neighbouring lights come in
Water pressure is too low
