Me gustó la limpieza, el desayuno la variedad delicioso todo lo súper recomiendo y para dormirrrrr omg lo mejor

Quizás estaba un poco retirado de la zona turística pero a pie o en taxi se puede llegar

La ubicación muy buena y la cama era cómoda. La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa. Tenía bañera que no utilizamos por temas de aseo.

Cons:

La limpieza muy mal, restos de vidrio quebrado en la nevera, nevera sucia, el baño regular y muebles y piso sucio.
El desayuno regular, pocas opciones de huevo y la máquina del café es como para una casa, fallaba constantemente.

Habitación agradable con calefacción. Baño bastante bonito y con artículos de aseo.
Calentadora de agua y tees y cafés solubles.

Cons:

A pesar de dejarles el indicativo para que nos hicieran la limpieza de habitación, no lo hicieron y no por q no lo hayan visto, ya que, Habia una mesa justo delante de la puerta del dormitorio y la habían retirado pero no el servicio de limpieza de la habitación.
En la llegada a nuestros compañeros les dejaron agua en la habitación pero a nosotros no!
Tambien las Habia raciones no estaban lista y a pesar de que no era la hora mucha gente entraba y tenía su habitación excepto nosotros.

Struttura bella e accogliente. Terrazza top per vedere le mongolfiere, il ragazzo che ci ha fatto il check in fantastico mi ha aiutato all’ultimo a prenotare il volo il mongolfiera.

The stay was fine. Overall it was pleasant.
Pros:

Everything was nice and comfortable. The receptionist took time out to log on all of our devices to the internet

Cons:

The landline phone in the room could not access the receptionist via phone. Had to go to the front desk every time there was a query. In the rain, we got wet on our way to the front desk

Super helpful staff and easy 10 minutes walk into centre of Goreme. Fantastic shower.
