Overall good stay would visit again
Pros:

The location was superb for the clignacourt markets, parking was on site but difficult to access as off a one-way street, but once in it was secure and under the hotel for ease of unloading. Evening meal was excellent despite sultry waitress on first night. Would stay again

Cons:

A little noisy in the courtyard on 2nd night due to people drinking, we were told 11pm bar closes but people were outside until nearly 1am.

A shame only one night - came for the Marathon. will be staying here on our next visit
Pros:

Decor ans spacw exceeded expectation, did not unfortunately eat there. Breakfast cost was expensive, but Paris seem and expensive place.

- Zimmerreinigung
- Reception: schnell und unkompliziert

Cons:

- Die Tische werden nicht sauber gemacht, bevor neue Gedecke aufgedeckt werden (Frühstück)
- Frühstücksbuffet ist von 7-10 Uhr. Ab 9:15 Uhr sind keine vollständigen Gedecke mehr vorhanden, habe kurzerhand selbst Messer und Gabel geholt
- Suite für drei Personen (1 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche): Doppelbett mit einer grossen Decke und ein Feldbett. Für diesen Preis nicht akzeptabel. Vorallem hatte das Feldbett nur ein Mini-Kissen
- Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr niedrig
- Starker Geruch in der Dusche (Abwasserkanal), nehme an Siphon fehlte oder wurde falsch eingesetzt
- gratis Wasser im Zimmer: hatte Rückstände (Essensreste: Tomatenstückchen und Schnittlauch 🤢)

Pros:

Sehr modern und gemütlich, tolle Zimmer und Aussicht. Dennoch sehr ruhig urban gelegen, sehr gut an Metro angebunden

Cons:

Das Restaurant war leider schlechter als erwartet. Wir sind nur dort gelandet da es in der Umgebung abends keine Alternative gab, nicht empfehlenswert leider

Good rooms, love the location; plenty of space, beautiful garden
Pros:

Location and generosity of the rooms; good food at dinner

Cons:

Always relatively loud music in the restaurant, also with breakfast more a club atmosphere; breakfast choice is not great, also waiting staff could be better trained.
