Ganz schlimme Erfahrung
Cons:

Kein warmes Wasser weder abends noch morgens beim duschen. Habe mich im Nachgang per Email gemeldet. Angeblich war immer warmes Wasser vorhanden. Nie wieder!

Super Apartment, man muss nur noch an der Reinigung arbeiten. Gerne wieder!

Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. In der Spüle lagen noch Eierschalen, im Bett und dem Bettlaken lagen noch Haare vom Vorgänger. Des weiteren wurde dort zu dem Zeitpunkt schon länger nicht ordentlich staubgewischt. Auf den Schränken ober sowie auf dem Duschkopf lag eine dicke Staubschicht.
Der Weg zu den Mülltonnen ist ein Rätsel für sich. Im EG befindet sich eine Tür um zu den Mülltonnen zu gelangen, dahinter befindet sich jedoch nur eine Einfahrt mit einem Tor. Genau so wie mit der Besenkammer, die auf jeder Etage ist. (Nicht gefunden, es gibt zwar eine Tür wo keine Nummer draufsteht da kommt man aber jedoch nicht rein.)

Ich habe es im Vorhinein schon bei anderen Bewertungen gelesen, leider mussten auch wir diese Erfahrung machen: Nachts haben andere Gäste eine Party gefeiert, sehr laut Musik gehört bis 4 Uhr. Leider gab es ja keine Mitarbeiter an die man sich wenden kann. Wenn sich jeder an die Hausregeln halten würde, wäre das Konzept ohne Mitarbeiter nicht zu bemängeln.

Neu, gut ausgestattet, etwas abseits gelegen
Pros:

Die kleine Küche mit Herd und Mikrowelle ist toll. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Fernseher streamt alles und hat ein gutes Bild. Sehr modern und neu.

Cons:

Der Komplex liegt etwas abseits in einem Wohngebiet. Man braucht knapp 10min zur U Bahn.
Das Bett war mir etwas zu hart.

Einrichtung gut, Zimmeratmosphäre nicht

Die Einrichtung ist optimal

Cons:

Ich war zu Weihnachtszeit im Hotel.
Ich habe massiv hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer gehabt. Die Fenster waren durchgehend beschlagen. Erst wenn man mindestens halbe Stunde gelüftet hat, wurde es für eine kurze Zeit besser. Aber nach ein paar Stunden waren die Fenster wieder beschlagen.
Es gibt keine reguläre Heizung, die Temperatur wird nur über Klimaanlage geregelt, die nicht eindeutig zu bedienen ist. Richtig warm war es nicht. Um die Temperatur im Zimmer zu halten musste die Klimaanlage die ganze Zeit an bleiben, was sehr laut war. Sie ist von alleine immer wieder ausgegangen.

Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und nicht sehr warme Temperaturen im Zimmer war es keine angenehme Atmosphäre.
