The apartment was truly fantastic very spacious and spotlessly clean. We had the upper unit with a large private terrace, which gave us total privacy as no neighbors could look in. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The pool was cleaned daily and well maintained. The staff member we interacted with was extremely kind, attentive and helpful when we had an issue with the hot water, he came immediately and solved it. We really appreciated his support during our stay.
Although the apartment is located about 2–3 minutes by car from the main resort area, we had full access to the resort’s private beach and it was absolutely stunning. We didn’t even feel the need to explore other beaches in Cefalù, as this one was so beautiful and peaceful.
The resort pool was large and looked great, but we didn’t use it because we preferred the beach. The restaurant at the resort has a spectacular view in the evening, which made dinner very atmospheric. The food was okay, not outstanding, but good enough to enjoy the evening.
The washing machine was very convenient, and the kitchen was well equipped overall. We had everything we needed for a short stay.
The outer cover of the hot tub was unfortunately badly damaged and torn, so it wasn’t comfortable to lean against in some areas. We were told this was due to previous guests children, but i‘m sure it will be repaired soon.
The bedroom was quite noisy after new guests moved in below us not due to the apartment itself being poorly insulated, but simply because the guests were very loud. Before they arrived, everything had been peaceful.
We also couldn’t use the TV in the bedroom, as it didn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, so watching Netflix wasn’t possible. Since there were no channels in our language, we weren’t able to use the TV at all.
Lastly, small basics like kitchen towels or washing detergent were missing. Since we were only staying for a few days, it didn’t make sense to buy large packs. We left what we had bought for the next guests, hoping it’ll help someone else.
Very recent apartment, so all new and shiny. The little kitchenette was very useful and there’s a supermarket (MD) 2 minutes walking away!

The fact that you can use the swimming pool and private Calanica resort beach is perfect!

The wifi wasn’t great, but it didn’t bother us as we have EU roaming.

Loved the size of the apartment, having our own plunge pool was fantastic very close to the supermarket which made it easy to purchase food given it had a little kitchen - it was a about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to restaurants. Only 10 to the resort restaurant.
It was out of the old town and didn’t realise how far from the old town it was
Travelled all over Sicily and then ended our trip here which was the best decision, we found Cefalu more laid back and the fact that this is 20-30 mins out the busiest part of the town centre was PERFECT, felt far more relaxing while still being close enough everything, huge bonus is the access to the resorts private beach only a 5-10 minute walk away (fighting for beach space is a real thing in the most popular parts of Sicily) so we spent loads of time enjoying the private beach, its own paradise! Lastly there is a supermarket next door which is super affordable so we LOVED this spot, could have easily spent 7-10 days here
if we are being super critical, there is some construction next door so you don't have amazing unobstructed views but honestly this did not bother us at all, the apartments are luxurious/spacious with a small private pool and I think its a worthwhile trade off being more affordable than the resort which is only 5-10 mins walk and you still have access to everything.
So nice to have a private pool/spa. Staff are very friendly.
Although the walk into the old town was very picturesque, it was quite a long walk.
Super location, great host. We had to do late check in and it wasn't a problem for them.
