I really like the location. It’s convenient to get to the station, and the surrounding area has local restaurants that taste great. The hotel staff is also very responsive, and check-in and check-out were really easy.

Cons:

在花园町站附近距离很近，走路3分钟就到，距离心斋桥就几个站，房间小，两个人勉强，但设施齐全很干净，不在乎空间的很推荐，床和枕头无敌舒服

Cons:

泊まった部屋に大きな蜘蛛がいた。スタッフの対応が悪かった。電話をかけ直すと言われたのに掛け直しても来ないし、電話をかけたら留守番電話にされ、電話に出ませんでした。
