リノベーション済み
フロントの方が親切
近くに安くて美味しい飲み屋さん、24h営業のスーパーがある
騒音の心配は無く、他の宿泊客の方もマナーを守ってます

Cons:

上級者向けの立地（ディープゾーン）なので、ドアチェーンが欲しかったかなくらいですが
昔に比べるととても安全な地域に変わったので心配なく楽しめた

Ubicacion y comunicacion

Cons:

La habitacion huele demasiado a humedad, cargar con maletas de 20kg cada una por las escaleras tan empinadas es horrible, en el barrio hay mucho vagabundo y en la cama de arriba habia como pequeñas cositas negras en el colchon de abajo.

Недалеко от станции, своя ванная комната и маленькая кухня, позволили ранний заезд.

Pros:

I really like the location. It’s convenient to get to the station, and the surrounding area has local restaurants that taste great. The hotel staff is also very responsive, and check-in and check-out were really easy.

Cons:

However, the noise was quite audible, but I didn't mind.
