La machine hs il manquait le bouton on/off ils étaient donc au courant et ne nous ont pas prévenu ( merci pour la proposition de machine par vos soins)
La vitre du micro-ondes absente
Le flexible de la douche hs ( non réparé durant le séjour alors qu'ils sont venus voir la machine à laver)

Well designed modern apartment, very clean, with access to Vieux Port nearby. Plan for parking complexities.
Pros:

Location is in good proximity to Vieux Port / Old Montreal, but locating parking is a nightmare. The apartment is outstanding, great style and design, and super clean. Plan extra time to deal with parking depending on your arrival time.

Great location, fully equipped kitchen and apartment. Very clean. Helpful host when it comes to parking (see below).

Cons:

Careful with parking! On booking.com it says that free parking is included. But when we arrived there was only paid parking (60 CAD per day). However, after insisting on it, the host reimbursed us for the parking fees. They were a bit reluctant in the beginning, but it went very smoothly in the end.

The fire alarm was randomly peeping for days, and fire alarm went off at bed time and fire dept had to come had to evacuate. No fire. Hall bathroom no toilet paper holder, no towel rack and dryer didn’t work. Main outside door didn’t lock

Pros:

The unit was ok. Cleanliness, location were superb. But for seniors like me its a bit difficult to climb the stairs going up the unit. Also the rooms were in the loft so another climb to the rooms was really difficult for me. But i guess that is the structure of the property. What i like most was the staff easily responded to my querries and easy to communicate. I asked for a check out beyond the 11am and was given an hour extension without charge and allowed us to leave our things within the property since our train will leave late. Over all it was a great stay. Thanks

Me encanto la ubicacion, en el viejo montreal, cerca al puerto, cerca a la estacion del tren, el dueño es muy gentil, acepto guardar mi maleta, me dio todas las indicaciones claras, recomiendo el alojamiento es sumamente comodo, todo comodo limpio ordenado, tiene lo necesario, lo recomiendo.

I loved the location. It is in Old Montreal, close to the port and near the train station. The owner is very kind; he agreed to store my luggage and provided clear instructions for everything.
I highly recommend this accommodation. It is extremely comfortable, clean, and well organized. It has everything you need, and I would definitely recommend it.

Todo me gusto, lo unico ligeramente es que es segundo piso, para alguien joven como yo no hay problema, para alguien con dificultades de movimiento quiza le podria incomodar, pero es totalmente superable solo es un piso pero despues todo excelente. solo lo escribo para que lo sepan.

I liked everything. The only minor issue is that the apartment is on the second floor. For someone young like me, it was not a problem, but for someone with mobility difficulties, it might be a little inconvenient. However, it is completely manageable since it is only one flight of stairs. Other than that, everything was excellent. I am only mentioning this so that future guests are aware.

Great location, super accommidation but bring your earplugs
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Restaurants and shoos within a few minures walk.The rooms were spotless. I felt safe as a solo traveller.

Cons:

Bring earplugs! I was above the street and could easily hear noisy people below most nights during my 5 night stay. The aircon was unable to be turned off entirely so there was a constant fan noise all night.

Our son's car was stolen from the parking lot provided by The SFX Old Port. 10 cars similar to our son's car have been stolen during the first five months of 2026 and they didn't mention this when we uploaded the make and model of our car.
The washer dryer didn't work.
The shower didn't drain properly.
