Nice place but a bit uncomfortable
Pros:

The location is superb, can’t beat it. It’s in the heart of Old Montreal. Also loved the big windows.

Cons:

I did not like the lack of cleanliness. From the moment I stepped in I noticed it had not been swept. In the bathroom there were dirty towels on the floor, disgusting boogers on the shower wall. Crust in the kitchen counter. Super dusty under the bed that would make us sneeze.

Good place, great location but inconsistent quality between units
Pros:

Second stay at this place. Stayed 2 nights. Great location. Big space with nice amenities. Calm.

Cons:

Comment specific to the unit I was in (#403) as this was not the experience I had in my previous stray.... Really uncomfortable bed ! (no bedspring supporting the mattress, mattress needs to be changed - you feel the springs under you). Did not sleep well...

L'emplacement et le confort du logement

Cons:

Les machines à laver et sécher le linge ne fonctionnaient pas, le personnel de l'établissement nous ont lavé et séché nos vêtements et nous les ont abimés ....
Il y a une boite de nuit juste à côté, non mentionnée dans la description, nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit

Cons:

We got locked out of room with our phone and everything and didn’t remember the codes and didn’t have anyway to reach staff - plus our toilet seat was broken, again no one to talk directly too.

Cons:

Équipement spartiate… pas de torchon dans la cuisine, vaisselle à peine suffisante pour 5. Bouilloire et cafetière cassées, prises de la cuisine ne fonctionnant pas, porte verrouillée de l’intérieur à notre arrivée, pas de produit pour le lave-vaisselle alors qu’il est demandé de le lancer en partant…
