Quick visit but perfect for a family of 5 to visit Montreal.
Pros:

Great location to visit old Montreal and way more spacious for a family than a hotel room. The included parking was also a great perk.

Pros:

El lugar es amplio en una ubicación fantástica a 2 bloques de la iglesia de notre dame rodeado por restaurantes
Muy bien equipado perfecto para familias a grupos

Cuando me escribieron no mencionaron nada de formulario para ingresar el hotel no tiene el mismo nombre que tiene en booking , nadie sabía dónde estaba no es un hotel es airb&b no hay recepción ni a quién preguntar nada estuvimos 2 horas tratando de llenar un formulario que no cargaba sin nadie que nos ayudara finalmente contestaron el teléfono y logramos hacer todo el papeleo que me pudieron avisar que había que llenarlo y habíamos estado conversando , a un final después del frío y él pésimo rato porque no había letrero ni cartel ni nadie sabía que ahí había un hotel , nos mandaron a perdernos para ir al parqueo que bastaba con decir que estaba detrás del hotel.

Would consider staying here again.
Pros:

Great location to walk around and enjoy Old Montreal. Loved that it included parking as well.

Cons:

Comfortable space, the beds were comfortable but could have used more pillows. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was falling apart although it didn’t affect our stay.

Pros:

Seul hôtel ouvert l'hiver à St Siméon : très appréciable comme halte hivernale sur la route de Tadoussac.
L'échange avec son propriétaire a été délicieux.
Et rien que pour cette rencontre , l’hôtel en vaut le coup !
Vue magnifique sur le St Laurent.
Conditions conformes aux attentes .

Charming, quirky apartment in a historic location in the Old Port of Montreal
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. Fun reconversion of an older granite building into unique studio apartments with full kitchen and bathroom

Cons:

If you are in need of an elevator, this is not your place. Also the warm water boiler has limited amount of hot water and the tub had no plug available

Nous n'avons pas passé de temps à la chambre mais il y a place à l'amélioration.

Propreté à désirer. Un rat mort trainait sur le bord de la porte...
Une senteur de nettoyant dans l'entrée.

Excellent
Pros:

Excellent location in Old Montreal! Close to coffee shops and restaurants. I was in February when temperatures were-20C but the air conditioning kept it very warm inside. The price was very competitive as well I would recommend.

La localisation et le stationnement

Cons:

L’état de décrépitude des lieux.

Le plafond tombe dans la salle de bain, il y avait une seule fourchette pour 4 personnes, beaucoup d’équipement non fonctionnels (tv dans une des chambres, laveuse/sécheuse -et depuis un moment-, bouilloire, chaudron et poellone inutilisables) ou non présents (linges pour la cuisine, débarbouillettes, tissus -mouchoirs et essuie-tout).

La propreté n’est pas au standards (coussins souillés, peinture des murs arrachée, plâtre sur les murs et le planchers, moisissures dans la douche), cor de rond arrachés, mobiliers avec parties manquantes, planchers grafignés ++, robinet qui fuit, toilette qui ne flush pas bien, tablettes dans les armoires toutes tombées). Pas de rideaux opaques dans une des chambres si bien qu’avec la luminosité de Montréal, c’est très clair en pleine nuit. (Voir photo) Et le lit est trop bas. Ok pour des enfants, mais difficile pour des adultes…

C’est bien dommage car le bâtiment est beau, l’emplacement est génial.
Beau produit qu’on a oublié de maintenir.
À moins de travaux prochainement, passez votre tour.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Montréal
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la taille et l'emplacement de la location, ainsi que la réactivité de notre interlocuteur quant à nos demandes

Cons:

Il manque un peu de vaisselle, et de casseroles pour cuisiner et un mini kit de ménage (serpillère, balai) quand nous rentrons avec les bottes mouillés de neige et de graviers
