Pros:

La posizione centrale ma fuori dal traffico. Comoda alla stazione dei treni e della metro . Stanze giuste per due persone e curate.

Wonderful hotel, great location!

The location is amazing - very close to the city center and the metro. The hotel is recently renovated and the staff is very helpful.

Bem localizado, tudo limpo, atendimento perfeito.
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa! Muito perto da Praça do Comércio, de transporte público como bondes (que são bastante utilizados na cidade) e também da estação de metrô que liga ao aeroporto.
O atendimento é maravilhoso, com dicas e boas recomendações.
Tudo muito limpo, rua com vários restaurantes mas nada barulhento.

Pros:

The location is perfect for all the activities we did. We were there in February and it was not crowded, making it comfortable to explore. The other thing we love, is their breakfast offerings.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. Even communicated prior to our trip. There was a big storm affecting the area, the hotel was good in explaining the situation.

It was ok and great location.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. It lacked a better choice of cereals and milk such as oat milk. I liked the cleaniless and excellent staff - although a couple did not speak good English.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom with no hooks to hang clothes on.
As for the "wardrobe" it would have been nice to have another shelf.
