Au top, accueillant et emplacement parfait.
Pros:

Tout était très bien! Déjà en amont d’arriver , rapidité de communication avec l’hôtel. Ensuite le personnel sympa, souriant, disponible. À la fin du séjour, ils nous ont gardé les bagages et en fin de journée appelé un taxi pour l’aéroport, et le gentil monsieur de l’accueil surveillait sur son téléphone l’arrivée du taxi pour nous tenir informées. Adorable.
Chambre petite mais confortable et propre. La literie est un peu ferme comme j’aime , oreiller pas trop haut comme j’aime . Donc nickel.
Ménage fait tous les jours . Petit déjeuner varié et bon. Et la journée et soirée, on peut siroter un cocktail tranquillement dans la salle ou en terrasse.
L’emplacement Top ! car proche de beaucoup de points d’intérêt comme le quartier de l’Alfama, proche de la plaza del comercio, etc…
En face de l’hôtel, très bon restaurant.
Bref, je recommande. Avec ma maman nous avons passé un très bon séjour :)

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bon hôtel, dans le centre. Personnel très agréable.
Excellent petit déjeuner avec du jus de fruits frais d'orange, des fruits frais. Nous avions une chambre sur une cour et nous n'avions aucun bruit même dans l'hôtel c'était le grand calme.

So pleased we chose here for our stay in Lisbon.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were soooo verrry friendly & helpful. Location was perfect for sightseeing. We are returning for our last night before going home at the end of our holiday….a perfect memory of our holiday in Portugal.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything. Room towels & bedsheets were changed daily & room cleaned.

Pros:

A localização é excepcional. Os funcionários são atenciosos e gentis. O quarto tem uma ótima acústica, zero barulho. Café da manhã delicioso, chuveiro quentinho e sem espalhar água pelo banheiro, todo o necessário para uma ótima hospedagem, perto de tudo, o hotel está de parabéns!

Cons:

A única observação é que solicitei com antecedência leite sem lactose e durante a hospedagem não foi providenciado.

Pros:

Struttura che si vede essere stata ristrutturata da poco, stanza un po' piccina, ma essenziale. Pulita, ordinata e nonostante le richieste di collaborazione per non sprecare gli asciugamani, li cambiavano tutti i giorni.
Punto a favore che abbia la colazione inclusa, una buona colazione, parecchio "coccola".
Posizione strategica, vicina a molti punti di interesse e comoda con i mezzi (soprattutto se si ha la Lisbon card)

La ubicación genial, todo súper limpio, nuevo y la cama cómoda. La zona del desayuno muy acogedora y relajada. ¡Gracias!
