Niet 4 sterren waardig.
Pros:

De hulpvaardigheid van de receptiedame die er overdag zit was echt top! Zeer vriendelijke dame, die ons met plezier hielp met al onze vragen. Op zich was de aankleding van het hotel wel mooi en het heerlijke luchtje dat er hing, aangenaam.

Cons:

Heel erg kleine kamer; er kon amper één tweepersoonsbed op met een eenpersoons kastje en een tafel. Je moest al uitkijken om nog rond het bed te kunnen. Ook de badkamer was net groot genoeg voor een toilet, een wasbak en een kleine douche, deze lekte dan nog eens water tijdens het douchen waardoor de hele badkamer onder water stond. Het ontbijt was enkel een klein hoekje met hele beperkte keuze. Elke 2 persoonstafel kreeg ook maar 1 koffielepeltje, dus we moesten ons lepeltje delen, wel gek voor 4 sterren. We zagen eigenlijk bijna geen personeel aan het ontbijt, enkel om snel ons kamernummer te vragen en terug de keuken in. Als we dan al iemand zagen, liep ze rond op huisslippers met een durag, wat echt geen zicht is in een 4 sterrenhotel! Parkeren is niet bij het hotel zelf maar ongeveer 500 meter van het hotel in een algemene betaalparking waar ook niet hotel-gasten parkeren.

Good, but our room needed some maintenance
Pros:

Very clean room. Compliments to cleaning staff, even the coffee machine was very clean and filled with water. Nice design, friendly staff. Loved the occitane minis. Neighborhood is lively and not too touristic. Good noise control in the room for street noise and hallway noise.

Cons:

Room had a lot of minor things. Phone didn't work. Lamps next to bed were crooked and in the bathroom hanging partly out of the ceiling, lights started flickering at some point, light in room turned off automatically after some time. For this price range that were too many shortcomings added up. Room needs maintenance.
The perfume in the hallways was too strong.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein und die Betten bzw. das Bett super schmal. Das Frühstück überschaubar und im Keller. Um draußen zu sitzen, muss man mit dem Tablett nach oben gehen usw.

Pretty nice
Pros:

The hotel was excellently located for me, just next to the venue I attended a concert at and in walking distance from where I arrived by train (Gare de l'Est). The next métro station is even closer. Although it's in a district where people like to go out in the evening, I could sleep well because the windows kept the noise outside and I didn't hear much from the rooms of other guests. The lift wasn't working when I arrived, but someone from the staff carried my suitcase up to the 5th floor. Workers were on the lift and repaired it very quickly. Finally don't let yourself fool by the appearances, the area is safer than it looks at the first glance.

Cons:

Except the lift that didn't work when I arrived, there was nothing I disliked. The lift got fixed quickly anyway.

Fijn hotel met een goede sfeer en leuke aankleding
Pros:

Het was een mooi verzorgd hotel met vriendelijke werknemers en een leuke inrichting.
Kamer was klein maar alles was aanwezig. En de bedden lagen prima. Beetje zachte hoofdkussens maar dat is altijd persoonlijk.
Leuk vonden wij de speciale crème voor je voeten en benen aan het eind van de dag, heel lekker na een lange dag in de stad lopen.
Ontbijt was goed, ook allemaal klein maar alles was aanwezig om lekker te ontbijten,
15 minuten lopen van het trein station voor de Eurostar. In een gezellige buurt met veel restaurants en terrasjes op loop afstand van het Louvre. ( 25 min )

Cons:

Heel klein min puntje vond ik dat bij het ontbijt genoeg personeel rond liep maar dat toch alles rommelig was. Zo was snel het brood op, eieren op enz.
Als je erom vroeg werd het wel aangevuld maar ze zagen het niet zelf.
Ook de aankleding van de tafels klopte vaak niet, ik moest vaak een mok of bestek van een andere tafel pakken omdat bij ons niks lag. Heel klein puntje maar dit zou echt makkelijk beter kunnen door gewoon wat beter op te letten denk ik.

Косметика. Особеннно крем для ног. Мы в день проходили 20000-30000 шагов и перед сном он был кстати.
Номер чистый.

Cons:

Нет зеркала в комнате. Ни маленького, ни в полный рост.
