Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Eine wahre Oase in der Nähe von Marrakesch. Besonders freundliches Personal, tolle Küche, super Poolarea und ein tolles Spa.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlende Handtuchaufhänger im Zimmer sind sicher reparabel und leicht zu übersehen... ;-)

Pros:

De rust en vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is perfect als je niet midden in de drukte wil zitten can Kech, maar wel in de buurt wenst te blijven. Eigen auto is wel aan te bevelen!

Cons:

Eén hond was bijzonder irritant aan het rondrennen en zelfs aan het dobberen in het zwembad. We hebben dit helaas meerdere keren moeten aangeven. Ze namen wel actie, maar de volgende dag liep de druk hond weer los en moest je weer aangeven dit niet prettig te vinden.

We stayed one night & wrote off the rest & moved into a different hotel.
Pros:

It has nice gardens.

Cons:

Virtually no facilities, (one restaurant but no snacks etc available), remotes No chairs to sit outside, room freezing, tiny & uncomfortable.

Issues happen but the way it was dealt with afterwards was appauling.

Fabulous place - we will be back
Pros:

We had a fabulous time at this hotel, the grounds are lovely, the pool area relaxing, the rooms and public areas decorated with great taste and imagination. As we were out of season and the hotel was not fully booked we were offered an upgrade. However, it's the people who make this place excellent - the staff, the owners and their family were so helpful friendly and welcoming. Yassine deserves a particular mention.

The resort itself is pitoresque and pretty with lots of facilities. Restaurant staff was helpful and breakfast was great

Cons:

There was a party with loud music at the report until 4 am, which kept us up. If we would have known that there was such an event happening, we would not have booked.
