Wouldn't book again and if you do book, avoid room 37
Pros:

The location was perfect for where we needed to travel to the next day. The TV provided was better then you find in alot of hotels. The outside look of the hotel was never nice aswell.

Cons:

We had a bath in our room that didnt have a plug so we couldn't use it, we then found out this was because the bath tap didn't work at all. We then tried to use the shower and all of the pipes leading up to the shower head were leaking everywhere so apart from the sink and toilet, the bathroom was completley unusable. No soap was provided with the sink either. The Duvet cover to the bed was ripped down oneside which you don't expect to see. The Bed itself was extremley creaky so it kept us up all night whenever we turned over. When we tried to turn the bedside lamp on in the evening, the bulb blew so the lamp didn't work. Upon asking to change room because of all the issues, we were told no because the hotel was completley full even though the carparkl outside had alot of space. When I requested money back for the inconvenience, the staff member had no idea and said he would have to call someone to find out which resulted in nothing. I was surprised there wasn't an appropriate staff member working to deal with such an issue.

Great value for money, bed was comfy. Should stock the fridge in room.
