Nice ocean and Garden City pier view.
Pros:

Location was great. However almost all of town was closed for the season. Even New Years Eve where the beaches had many people and would have shopped and ate in town.

Cons:

Room is dated could use updating, especially new carpet.

We had a good time and it was great.
