We found our vacation spot for years to come
Pros:

Everything was centrally located that we wanted all within a 3 minute walk. Food places were above average while the hotel was more than providing the comforts of home while simultaneously satisfying that need for the escape from life’s monotony

Pros:

Their access to the beach was great and after showering your feet to come in off the beach, you didn't step back in sand to get dirty again before getting to your room. We enjoyed staying here, the staff was very nice and we will be coming back!!!

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest would be more lounge chairs at the pool.

Great place for a quick stay and close to a lot of amenities
Pros:

Location and clean pool

Cons:

Elevator was shaky, more towels, no ice machine, stain on couch, would’ve been nice to actually have had a balcony cause leaving the door open heated the room way to much

The location was amazing and the staff was wonderfu, especially Kevin.

Cons:

The bed was difficult to get in to and out of. The room also needed a couple more electric outlets.

Relaxing. Humbling. Convenient.
Pros:

I really enjoyed the location. Bring beside Garden City Pier was especially cool. Also, great location for Uber commute.

Cons:

I was a little bummed about the balcony, once used to be balcony, being turned into the bedroom area.

Had to switch rooms on our third day. which we were told day before arrival. Then had to wait a half a day in the room until other room was available. Had to call office a few times to get updates. From the managers attitude she didn’t care.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. Not a resort for sure.
Pros:

They said that booking.com submitted our reservations wrong. We had to make a choice to move rooms our last night or leave and get a refund. We bring our own bed linens when we stay away from home and moving, packing and unpacking ruined our whole stay. The hotel moved us to a room that would not accommodate our party so needless to say we spent the day on the beach, used showers in the new room turned our keys in and made our stay shorter. We will it be using booking.com anymore not staying with Kingfisher Inn.

Cons:

Only provided fresh towels on Wednesdays. Had to wash and dry if needed fresh. Dumpster located on busy street where guest had to discard themselves. No fail room checks and floors in the room was filthy had to wear socks or shoes the whole time.
