Below average and expectations
Pros:

Location, you couldn’t ask for a better location. Easy to walk around or grab public transportation

Cons:

The staff were not welcoming, barely on the desk - you’ll need to call for assistance a lot. Very slow responses on their WhatsApp. A lot of additional charges, cleaning, towels, breakages waiver/insurance etc. Far from a luxury experience they market

Pros:

Everything is same as pictures, clean, great location and great for 3 people.
Sofa is very comfortable which I didn’t expect ❤️

Alojamento de qualidade para apartamento, com o essencial, limpo e com boa área comum, varanda com mesa e numa área de espetáculos. Perto tem um Carrefour e o pequeno-almoço almoço é num café simpático, com o indispensável para este tipo de serviço. A receção funciona bem. Tem uma sala para guardar malas e um ginásio. Por tudo isto, voltaria e aconselho, mas não posso dar pontuação superior porque a parte negativa foi mesmo muito negativa.

Cons:

Trata-se de uma família grande (9 pessoas) para dois apartamentos. Fizemos o check-in cerca das 14h, guardamos as malas e, tal como sabíamos, disseram-nos que a entrada nos apartamentos era às 16h. Fomos almoçar e às 16h uma das pessoas da família com problemas de saúde e uma criança pequena voltaram para o aparthotel às 16h, mas só puderam entrar às 18h, o que é absolutamente inaceitável, muito mais tendo em conta o elevado preço que se paga. Reclamamos e a compensação era o late checkout, que não nos interessava, por termos de sair cedo nesse dia, ou a oferta do pequeno-almoço… que estava incluído no custo do alojamento. Pior, foi a gerência não ter ligado ao assunto, com esta gravidade.
