Pros:

（我超認真寫 住4個晚上的意見都有寫出來 因為我超滿意的 想給後面的人留意見）
超讚的 地理位置好 房間在一樓搬大行李超輕鬆 這個價還離新宿中心這麼近🔥🔥 夾兩個大車站中間出去玩都不成問題 整個佈置的很溫馨 廚房投影機洗衣機都齊全 有家的感覺 可能最多適合3個人居住 長一點的旅遊這裡都沒問題👍 一開始沒看清楚 這裡是位於新大久保站旁邊 算是個韓國城 方圓百里的雖然都是吃的不過一律是韓餐 好事壞事我就不知道了😹 再加上附近有家donki唐吉柯德 這家的員工超nice害我後面遇到其他分店不好態度的員工嚇一跳😿 一整個要什麼有什麼的名宿😻 忘記拍照了🧎‍➡️🧎‍➡️🙏🙏

這個公寓比較小 大隻一點的或是笨手笨腳一點的（我）廁所很容易撞到 走道上我們的行李除非有必要不然都是收起來的 沒有地方日常的展開來 加上公寓又比較舊 老一點的長輩起來喝咖啡冷氣跟燒水壺開會跳電 然後雖然離東新宿B1出口可能只有6、7分鐘走路的距離可是要走樓梯 玩一天回來東新宿車站出口說近其實地下要繞一段距離 接著爬樓梯才能慢慢走回去 啊另外一個車站新大久保雖然是平地月台在二樓有電梯不過會比東新宿車站遠一點大概10-15分鐘（看走路速度）我個人為了它的優點完完全全可以忽略這些 看看挑名宿的重點是什麼自己的喜好自己挑就對了啦 扣一心而已也是因為這兩三點罷了

值得再訪的溫暖住宿
Pros:

離新大久保走路約十分鐘直走就可以到了，很方便，三個人住的話行李箱會沒有辦法完全攤開但算是剛剛好的大小。小廚房的東西設備齊全，簡易加熱食物沒問題，住宿期間安靜舒適無噪音。和住宿業者詢問問題時都能夠得到很快速的回覆，這讓我們住宿的期間很安心！

Cons:

浴室的掛勾只有一個，放置物品有些困難，如果有個小籃子小椅子會更好。熱水器在啟動時會有一些聲音。

地理位置方便!很有居家感的住宿
Pros:

地理位置很棒!!!鄰近jr站及地鐵超方便~jr山手線去哪也都超方便!!!假日還滿多人的，推行李可能不是很方便，
走路可以到唐吉軻德，半夜也可以走到新宿的唐基柯德，附近都是住宅，相對滿安靜的。
我們早上到，下午3點check in，可以免費先寄放行李~~我覺得很不錯!!
有洗衣機、投影機、冰箱、微波爐跟餐具，兩個人的話還有小沙發跟茶几可以拿出來用，廁所有點小，我個人不介意，身高158跟180還是可以泡湯~

Pros:

The location is just a walking distance from train sta. and many halal restaurant. The apartment has basic cooking amenities and appliances, we did make breakfast and simple dinner, everything was superb.

Está muy bien ubicado pero para 3 personas está muy justo.
El propietario muy amable y responde rápido a las consultas.

Cons:

No hay donde poner las cosas, el armario no se podía abrir porque pega con la cama.
Tiene lavadora pero no puedes tender la ropa sin que se caiga ya que no hay ni pinzas ni perchas.
No hay toallas pequeñas de lababo, solo de ducha.

Great location and host
Pros:

This is a small apartment in a great area of Shinjuku. It is close to subway stations, across the street from a great 7-11, and is surrounded by stores, Korean restaurants, and Japanese restaurants. There are also 3 parks nearby. It is a short walk from downtown Shinjuku. The apartment is very quiet and down a nice alley. In addition, the host was responsive to our questions (usually within minutes and never more than a half hour). It was convenient to have a washing machine.

Cons:

The place is small for 3 adults (but perhaps typical in Tokyo). the Tatami room has two twin futons next to one another but there is not room for much else. The living room has a sofabed which was too uncomfortable for any of us to sleep in so we piled the blankets on top of it to make it more comfortable-leaving us with no blankets. The bathroom had a smell so you had to run the water and the smell would go away. I think it would've been nice to have a towel in the bathroom and kitchen. There were only 3 towels and 3 pillows so I purchased a few towels.
