Beautiful spot, great location and very clean
Pros:

Wonderful hosts, clean rooms and great facilities, the roof top was the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast!

Cons:

It was a tight squeeze into the bathroom when the sofa bed was pulled out, but the room itself was very spacious

Pros:

The staff was very, very friendly. Basically, the stay at this hotel was as soulful as if i had been a guest in my grandparents house. The room was spacious for this price, it had a nice balcony with stunning view over Tbilisi. The ground floor featured a nice garden where one could take a moment of relaxation and drink a couple glasses of georgian wine.

Cons:

Maybe the bathroom could've been a little bit cleaner but all in all the stay was nearly perfect considering the price.

Second time stay
Pros:

Second time I've stayed here (this time for just under a week). Great find in Tbilisi. Close enough to Old Town to easily get there, but peaceful at night. Chance of a room clean every day (which is not common in Tbilisi) and super friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing. I will book again.
