Over all room was good and location we great

Great large room and location was great

Cons:

Our bathroom sink was blocked and didn’t get repaired, and the stair to our apartment were a little hard, there was a smell in the lobby that was terrible.

Cons:

Réception peu accueillante, la moquette dans la chambre, le bruit des clients qui passent dans le couloir ( insonorisation) , l'aspect du rez de chaussée ( les pièces sont mal distribuées, décoration pas soignée, manque de chaleur et d'intimité), la façade pas mise en valeur à cause de l'ajout d'une véranda , la chambre très petite

Nice hotel with convenient location to old town

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, schönes großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches und kundenorientiertes Personal!
Unbedingt Parkplatz vorab reservieren.

Cons:

Preis Jacuzzi hätte noch ausgewiesen sein können.

Near the tram

Cons:

One day the housekeeper left my room open all day . The hotel manager did not apologize and did not give any compensation. My passport was in my room. This was not acceptable

De plus when you stay fews days they do not vacuum the room and clean well on the 3 days I requested to the from desk them they did it . It is not the housekeeper fault it is the management, who ask to prioritize the arrival not the stay I got this confidential 🤫 information ℹ️

I will recommend this hotel , the terrace bar restaurant is a plus

Pros:

Mitt i centrum, nära till spårvagnen och tågstationen. Promenad avstånd till stranden. Välstädat, trevliga personal, prisvärt och sköna sängar.

Cons:

Krångligt att öppna hotellrummets dörr. Hörde mycket ljud från korridoren.

Lovely stay and great location.
Pros:

Great stay in lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to arrange parking at the hotel too. Location was great, a short walk to the tram that took us in to the old town in 10 mins.

Cons:

We had a room for 3 people which was a pretty small and a very small bathroom. Was cost effective though.
