Pros:

The decoration was nice but for newly refurbished it wasn't good .

Cons:

The toilet seat broken the shower was broken and the tv there was no signal to watch anything plus I could not sleep with the noise of the fridge.

Location and view... Perfection!
Pros:

The location was perfection. The room was beautiful and the view was incredible. For these three things I would highly recommend and love to visit again. We had no problem parking tho it wasn't initially clear what the situation was, it was nice to see dics were available in hallway if needed.
Once I understood the check in process, it was easy but I'd missed an email that came to my account, not via booking.com so there was a bit of confusion on checking in.

Cons:

Good facilities but they could have been vastly improved with a few minor tweaks/checks, absolutely didn't bother us for a one night stay but worth considering if planning a longer stay. Facilities to cook/eat but nowhere to sit. Dinner set sparce and only one bowl, no salt/pepper. Kettle but doesn't fit under tap to fill. Hairdryer but no mirror easily accessible to plug. TV remote needed new batteries (we used our own).

Overall had a lovely stay, quiet aparment in a great location.
Pros:

The location was great, lovely sea view when waking up in the morning. Room was really clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Extractor fan didn’t work in bathroom. Free parking not always available and the discs only last 3 hours so you can’t leave car all day in disc zone. Would be better with the scratch parking permits I have used in other apartments.

Great studio with amazing views over the sea, town a harbour!
Pros:

Super views over the beach and harbour - we saw dolphins from the window!
Comfy clean studio in quiet area
Great location - lots of lovely walks right from the door/ easy walk into town too
Easy check-in
Good base for visiting many interesting places.
Easy free parking right in front of property

Cons:

Builders and scaffolding next door.
Tiny amount of cutlery!
