Great place to stay
Pros:

The room was decorated lovely , The bathroom was perfect . The coffee machine , kettle and Microwave were a great touch . Great room with plenty of space

Cons:

Being on the top floor with lots of steps .No lift !

The perfect beach stay
Pros:

Everything about the accommodation was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, provided a travel cot for my baby, a balcony with a gorgeous view, products in the shower, all necessary kitchen appliances - couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Staff were also incredibly helpful with an enquiries we had beforehand.

Cons:

We were on the top floor so it was tiring going up and down with a baby considering there was no lift - but this wasn’t necessarily a problem (just something to be aware of). Made us get more steps in at least!

5 star stay, lovely rooms
Pros:

Rooms were very lovely and clean. Easy instructions how to access. 20 min walk to town centre with scenic views. We will be definitely coming back.

Cons:

The swimming pool is in other hotel and would benefit from a refurb.

Toilet had wee mark left on and hair in toilet. And surrounding area around toilet smelt like wee. And the pink pillow smelt like sweat.

We really liked the room layout and decor. Lots of space compared to similar accommodation,

Cons:

The bathroom was starting to become a little knocked around. An extra mirror in the living space would benefit a busy family trying to get ready as would access to water in the living space. Waiting to fill the kettle whilst someone else was using the bathroom was a little frustrating.

Amazing. 10/10!!
Pros:

We loved staying at Beach House. We stayed here on our 2nd night of being in Scarborough - the first night was at a different hotel that we had to leave because it was terrible. But Beach House saved our trip. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you need. The bed is SO comfy!!!! And the shower is amazing. The views are great. The access to the free pool, hot tub and sauna made us VERY happy. There’s a microwave, fridge and coffee maker which comes in very handy. Thanks Beach House. We would 100% stay here again!

Could not open window properly extremly hot and numetous calls to facility manager . You cant put water in kettle with tap you have to keep using glass . Its not clear the numberinh for apartroom door and quite tough walking 3 flights stairs when ypu have walked so many flights from brach

Gorgeous place in a quiet location, will be back!
Pros:

Loved this place, great design, comfortable, clean and suited our little family of 3 with the bunk beds! Good facilities with kettle/microwave/fridge and crockery etc, nice bathroom and lovely pool with sauna and hot tub that we could access without any time restrictions for kids. Lovely quiet spot near the south cliff tram down to the spa. Info, comms, internet, tv all worked just fine. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

Just a couple of minor tweaks would make it perfect, like a shelf or cupboard in the bathroom to pop your toiletries on and perhaps a coffee table to put your breakfast on, just as there wasn’t really anywhere to put your cereal bowls/prepare a bit of food. And as a light sleeper the noise of the fridge did wake me up a bit but these are minor things and we’d definitely sta again!

Cons:

Was really dark, as room had full scaffolding outside. Not sure if a pool and spa were accessible, as the only place we saw with a pool was next door, and it was being renovated. No room to make a drink as kettle and microwave on the only service. The bin in the bathroom was full when we got there.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at The Beach in Scarborough. The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows, and the balcony was a lovely addition — perfect for sitting out in the sun with a coffee. The shower room was clean and modern, with a great shower and two shower heads, although the toilet area was a little cramped.
The room included a coffee machine, although unfortunately I couldn’t get it working. The WiFi signal also wasn’t the best, likely due to being on a higher floor. We did notice quite a few bugs getting into the room, which is probably expected near the sea, but a fly screen would definitely help.
The balcony view was lovely, although there was scaffolding up during our stay. A nice touch was the free parking disc provided at the entrance to the property.
The location is beautiful and nicely out of the way from all the busy commotion, but it is a bit of a walk to the arcades and town centre, so it may not suit those who struggle with walking. Our room was also on the third floor, so that’s worth considering too.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay in beautiful weather and would happily return.
