El baño es de estos que está todo junto, así que cuando te das una ducha se moja todo, y se hace un poco incómodo para el uso después porque está todo mojado

Comfortable stay

Jacuzzi advertised, but not functional
Pros:

.On the positive side, the staff were kind and helpful, even though they do not speak English very well and often had to use a translation app on their phone. It was sometimes difficult to explain things clearly and be understood. The hotel also has a good location, close to a bus stop and metro station, about 15 minutes on foot.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the jacuzzi situation. It was mentioned on Booking.com as included in the room, but when I arrived it did not work. After speaking with the staff, I was told that the jacuzzi does not work in any room and that Booking.com may be misleading guests. This was especially frustrating because the jacuzzi was the main reason I chose this hotel

Stort sett var vi mycket nöjda 😀
Pros:

Centralt läge, trevlig personal och hjälpsamma. Bra att kunna få låna klädställning till rummet. Stort plus att det finns tvättmöjligheter i huset.
Rummet var fint.

Cons:

Att frukostlokalen var så liten och trång, inte så mycket att välja på.

Fantastic service, stayed here twice
Pros:

The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and kind with all sorts of requests. Everything else was just a bonus - great location, easily walkable to the main beach areas but really quiet. There’s a supermarket around the corner and lots of restaurant options nearby. The laundry facilities were also really great help as we didn’t need to look for a coin laundry. The bed isn’t as hard as people say, it’s firm but it was super comfortable and I slept perfectly well. There may be some noise from other guests but it’s not more than hotels in general - plus, there is another door between the room and the entrance which really blocked out a lot of the corridor noises.

Honestly, we ended up staying here on 2 occasions, mainly because of how lovely the team were. Thank you so much!!

즐거운 여행
Pros:

전체적인 분위기가 안정 되어있고 특히 케터링 서비스에 만족 합니다. 디자인과 아주 적절한곳에 배치되어있는 생화가 인상적입니다. 직원들이 아주 고생하시고, 어려움이 많은데도 너무 성실히 열심히 근무하시고 늦은밤 이르아침에도 서비스가 너무 좋았어요. 너무 너무 감사합니다.
