Greu de gasit ce anume ne-a placut. As spune ca nimic, nu as reveni. Aceasta cazare a reusit sa ne strice parte din concediu, daca aveam posibilitate, renuntam la sedere.

Cons:

Catastrofal. Am rezervat, pentru 11 nopti, camera cu balcon, am studiat pozele. Cand am fost cazati... fara balcon, realitatea nu seamana cu pozele de pe booking. Camere mici, nu era nici o diferenta de zgomot daca deschideai geamul, zgomot infernal. Am cerut schimbarea camerei, conform rezervarii facute. Ne-au spus ca nu au alte camere, daca nu ne convine, anuleaza rezervarea si sa mergem in alta parte. Dupa nenumarate telefoane la booking, mail trimis, cu sprijinul celor de la booking, am primit promisiunea ca ni se va schimba camera, dupa 2 nopti. A fost un cosmar, nu am putut dormi deloc. Dupa 2 zile, am primit o alta camera, bineinteles ca tot fara balcon, iar la geam erau amplasate toate aparatele exterioare de climatizare, care faceau un zgomot aproape constant, precum o betoniera. Lenjeria de pat rupta efectiv, carpita, prosoapele invechite. Am pozat si am aratat la receptie, atunci ni s-a schimbat cearceaful cu unul mai decent. Micul dejun serveste cateva feluri de mancare, totul rece, nu exista nimic cald (doar oua ochi, le face pe loc). Nu suntem pretentiosi, dar efectiv nu aveam de ales... Recipientul de apa fierbinte curgea pe jos, mizerie, recipiente murdare, mobilier invechit.

Apart from the problem with the A/C the stay was OK
Pros:

Location was ideal for me. Staff are helpful

Cons:

The original room had a faulty A/C system. The technician attended on 4 ocassions and was unable to fix it. I was moved to another room for a day but the A/C still failed. In the end I was shift to a nice room that was suitable.
