Pros:

We had a really nice stay at Bulton Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all so friendly, warm, and helpful. They genuinely made us feel welcome and taken care of.

There was some construction going on in one of the rooms during our stay, which was quite noisy and caused a power outage for a few hours in the afternoon. Although it was a bit inconvenient, the staff were very understanding and did their best to make up for it by offering us complimentary lunch and a late checkout, which we really appreciated.

A special thank you to Sardar and Arda for being so kind, supportive, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made a difference.

Overall, we had a great experience despite the inconvenience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Arda et Serdar de la réception nous ont très bien accueilli et ont étés très serviable.
La chambre était propre et sans traces d'usures.
La salle de sports est petite mais bien équipée

Cons:

Petit déjeuner médiocre
Petit problème de douche au niveau de l'étanchéité de la porte, mais rien de grave

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel neuf, idéalement situé, avec un personnel adorable et un accueil exceptionnel de la part
Pros:

L’hôtel est neuf, moderne et très bien situé, à proximité de l’aéroport. Le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et attentionné. Une mention spéciale à Arda, à la réception, qui nous a réservé un excellent accueil avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Un grand merci à lui !

But in Booking.com you can see curtains and windows ...but in fact all closed with solid block for unknown reaso.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were very thoughtful and took into account that I was leaving before breakfast, so they prepared a sandwich and a drink for me. Such a nice touch, really appreciated

Cons:

It was a bit disappointing that the room had no windows, but on the bright side, it was really quiet

For short stay ; valuable to go.
Pros:

Staff were good guys , Arda , and Mostafa in midnight arrival were ready to support very well

Cons:

The corridors are not carpeted, so every sound echoes, making the accommodation quite noisy. To make matters worse, if you’re as unlucky as I was, you might have a bunch of children running around and playing in the corridors at 2:00 AM, turning the place into a kindergarten, with no parental supervision whatsoever. Definitely not a pleasant experience!

Hôtel en travaux / spa à l'abandon
Pros:

La chambre est plutôt grande et il y a un petit balcon. Salle de bain moderne. Le processus de réservation de navette est simple bien qu'un peu cher. Nous étions en transition entre deux vols.

Cons:

L'hôtel est trompeur. Le prix est plus élevé que les autres hôtel alentours, mais nous avions décidé de mettre plus cher pour pouvoir profiter du spa. Tout d'abord nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer car il y a des travaux dans l'hôtel. Des bruits de marteau et de perceuse jusqu'à 9h du soir. Un employé de l'hôtel nous a menti en disant que les travaux se terminaient le soir même ce qui est faux car le lendemain les travaux ont repris de plus belle.

Ensuite le spa est extrêmement décevant. Il était éteint en permanence et nous devions demander aux employés de l'allumer pour pouvoir l'utiliser ce qui n'est pas normal pour un hôtel, car il faut le temps pour que tout chauffe. Ils affirment qu'il suffit de 10 minutes pour chauffer un sauna ce qui est faux car il faut au moins 30 minutes. La salle de bain turc sentait le moisi.

Le hammam ne fonctionne pas. Nous avions pourtant envoyé un message avant de venir pour être sûr que tout fonctionnait et on nous avait affirmé que le hammam fonctionnait. Ce qui était encore un mensonge.
Quand nous avons signalé que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas l'employé nous a certifié qu'il allait fonctionner ce qui était un mensonge. Le lendemain un autre employé nous a avoué que le hammam ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avons donc subi à trois reprises leurs mensonges.

Le frigo n'était pas branché à notre arrivée et la table etait tachée d'une substance marron comme si elle n'avait pas été nettoyé.

Tout semble fait pour faire des économies dans cet hôtel. Ils éteignent le spa. Ils mettent seulement une ampoule sur deux qui fonctionne dans la salle de bain.

Certains membres du personnel ne sont pas chaleureux.

Le quartier tout autour est inhospitalier.

L'hôtel est situé à environ 20 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport. Il faut savoir que les taxis roulent très vite et inprudemment.

Nous avons dû payer une deuxième nuit complète pour pouvoir rester jusqu'à 10h du soir.
