Pros:

The staff were very kind, polite and helpful throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and I had a generally good experience.

Cons:

The cleanliness was acceptable but not very detailed, especially in less visible areas.

I also had an issue with a pillowcase that had small stains (possibly hair dye). Initially, I was told there would be a charge, but after I showed it at reception, they handled it professionally and did not charge me.

However, after this incident, my bed sheets and covers were not changed during my 12-night stay, which was disappointing and below expected standards.

La chambre très bien et les équipements, peignoirs serviettes de piscine et d’ailleurs la super piscine sur le toit . Le petit déjeuner très varié et bon

On entendait beaucoup le bruit de la route surtout la nuit c’était difficile pour dormir

Near station and main road. You can expect the noise, ambulance passing by during midnight. Not once but a few trips.

Stopover before heading to airport.
Pros:

Manager could not be more helpful, always looking to help with local information for a couple of oap's.
All the staff were friendly & helpful.
Plenty of offers, Happy Hours, wine 2 for 1 and ladies nights.
Udomsuk station outside the lobby, handy for getting around.

Cons:

Food was ok.
Had room overlooking the main street so was a little noisy.

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr gepflegt am Dach gibt es einen Pool dessen Wasserqualität streng geprüft wird und eine Bar mit live DJ am Abend,der Ausblick ist der Hammer.Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Skytrain Station mit der man Bangkok sehr gut und günstig erkunden kann.Die Zimmer sind toll und die Betten bequem,alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und ausgezeichnet. Das Personal so hilfsbereit und freundlich und allen voran ist der Manager so professionell und spricht hervorragend Englisch. Er hat uns perfekt beraten was wir unternehmen können und wie wir die Öffis nutzen können.Er hat den Aufenthalt für uns sehr schön gemacht.Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Bangkok werden wir definitiv wieder hier einchecken.

Disappointing sleep
Pros:

Good location and clean.

Cons:

The heavy rain during the night seemed to feed into a drain that could be heard very loudly in Room 201B. It was so loud it woke me up at 4am in the morning and I am a deep sleeper. I could not get back to sleep. I was very disappointed. There was no point complaining at the time as I was checking out that morning and did not want to move rooms. Engineering need to find a way to fix the issue.
