Cons:

Jantar no restaurante deixa muito a desejar. Serviços inconsistentes: 1 dia nao limparam o quarto, as vezes tinha manobrista, as vezes nao.

No geral a nossa estadia foi excelente!! O staff incrível, café da manhã sensacional e com bastante variedade. É super perto do lago negro e do centro, o que facilita bastante para turistar. Além do hotel ser novo, organizado e limpo, eles são super atenciosos. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

confortável, equipe top, mas o restaurante é mto ruim.
Pros:

o café da manhã é ótimo, as acomodações também mto boas, porém acredito que o banheiro pode melhorar.

Cons:

o restaurante do hotel é mto caro e não entrega nada do que os pratos prometem.
Simplesmente o pior jantar da estadia toda em Gramado. Não indico .
