Pros:

Bien situé, pas loin du port et du centre-ville, très beau complexe avec piscine, jacuzzi, bar et jeux mis à disposition. Personnels très accueillant et agréable. Les chambres sont corrects malgré l’humidité.

Cons:

Forte humidité dans les chambres, odeurs pas très agréables, il y a des humidificateurs pour gérer cela mais même allumés toute la journée ça ne change pas grand-chose… manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner côté sucrée.

Fijn hotel met een aantal hele lekkere gerechten op de kaart

Het zwembad met restaurant was top.
Lieve medewerkers, erg behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer was ongeveer zo groot als het bed, waardoor je niet fijn bij je eigen spullen kan, echt een beetje behelpen.

Pros:

Tout était parfait : le personnel a été extrêmement gentil, chambre très bien (assez grande pour 2 personnes et propre), piscine très agréable. Restaurant avec des plats de qualité et 100% fait maison. Centre spa au top !!(plusieurs types de massage).

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un petit peu léger sur le sucré (pour nous les occidentaux).

Confortable et accessible
Pros:

Proche de Coron, lits confortables et chambres, tout est à porté de main. Les équipes d'accueils sont très serviables et agréables.

Cons:

Petites incompréhensions par rapport à nos demandes à l'arrivées qui n'ont pas pu être réglées. L'hôtel est très "emmuré" on ne le choisi pas pour la vue.

Excellent service qui compense en partie une chambre qui gagnerait à être remise au goût du jour
Pros:

La qualité du service est irréprochable. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend l’expérience globalement agréable.

Cons:

Cependant, la chambre mériterait d’être modernisée. La décoration et les équipements semblent un peu datés.

Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful

Cons:

Room condition is basic for the price. The most unfortunate part is we had so many mosquitoes in the room somehow. We killed more than 30 of them but still got beaten and did not sleep well for 2 nights. (Staff member was notified and came to spray but didn’t help much)

And we also waited 1.5 hour for the shared shuttle to depart from the airport… I understand it’s a shared shuttle but in this case there’s enough time for the van to drop us off and go back to airport to pick up next batch of the guests…

Pros:

Le personnel aux petits soins, l'endroit agréable, une personne du personnel d'accueil parle français, belle piscine même si pas très grande avec grandes serviettes pour le bain

Cons:

Chambre de 7m2. Lit matelas ressorts sur lequel on ne peut pas bouger sans réveiller l'autre. Les sanitaires : hors la chambre toilettes avec la douche (donc on pourrit les toilettes d'eau sans compter les odeurs pour prendre sa douche), la porte des toilettes douches qui ne ferment pas (petits panneaux occupé ou non et porte non jointée par l'interstice de laquelle tout le monde qui passe peut vous voir vous doucher ou sur le pot). Moment bizarre au restaurant : on apporte des crevettes à ma compagne puis quand elle commence à manger, on la lui retire car on s'était trompé de personne. Mon conseil : si vous êtes en chambre éco, fuyez. Si vous avez une chambre plus chère, ce doit être bien...
