Service
1
Staff are frequently praised as friendly and helpful (personalized tours, upgrades), but there are service lapses reported (reception not manned 24 hrs, breakfast absent one morning).
Location
1
Consistently highlighted as a major positive: central position, great views and terrace; ideal for exploring Mardin despite some guests finding the steep site challenging.
Room Quality
1
Mixed reports: some guests loved spacious, authentic rooms and in-room hammam or upgraded rooms, while others report lack of natural light, rough sheets, too-hard pillows, and accessibility/ stair problems.
Amenities
1
Amenities like hammam, indoor pool and parking are praised, but there are operational issues (AC not working, missing shower option, small missing items such as a toilet-roll holder, limited water for coffee) and construction noise for some rooms.
Value for Money

Not explicitly mentioned in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.

Excellent !
Pros:

Best choice in the old town
Pros:

Perfect ambiance, most respectful knowledgable kind staff, great view and location. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Building is stone, so dust falling from the rock/stone walls/ceiling is impossible to prevent in some rooms.
