Pros:

Çok zengin serpme kahvaltısı var. Ama saat 08:30'da başlıyor. Erken saatte tur için çıkmanız gerekiyorsa dikkat.
Odalar geniş ve rahat. Otelin manzarası da çok güzel.

Cons:

Aydınlatma daha iyi olabilir. Benim baş ucumdaki lamba çalışmıyordu.

DON'T STAY THERE.
Pros:

Only the location, and they have a car park just opposite the hotel.

Cons:

The staff was incompetent. They are clueless about service. The rooms were dirty. They don't make your bed or clean your room during the day. They have put the bed in the middle of the room with no access to the light switches or the plug. They serve 10 different types of jam for breakfast, but they don't bring any spoons. You need to convince them hard that you need spoons. There is no indoor place for rainy or cold weather to relax. A tiny room for breakfast is mouldy. There is no proper entrance or concierge.

Beautiful view n a very helpful reception (man). Rooms were unique n clean. Location is perfect n breakfast was great

Zentral und klassisches Konak Ambiente.
Im Zimmer Hamam Bad gehabt, war wirklich supper Erlebnis. Hotel Personal freundlich und Gästeorientiert, was sehr wichtig ist.
Danke☺️

Cons:

Kissen(Yastik) waren bisschen zu hart, da könnte man was bequemers anbieten und einen WC Rolle Halter hat gefehlt.

Das falsche Hotel für uns, wofür das Hotel Nix kann
Pros:

Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der vielversprechenden Fotos gewählt. Wir haben das alles auch so vorgefunden, auch aufmerksames Personal. Aber das Hotel ist nicht seniorengerecht. Mehrere Ebenen, viele schmale steile Treppen, eben Mardin, Stadt am Fels, das hatten wir nicht bedacht. Deshalb sind wir nach erster Ansicht gar nicht erst eingezogen. Für Jüngere sicher ein tolles Ziel mit Terrassen und Blick auf die Ebene bis Syrien. Wir wären nicht glücklich geworden.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel!
Pros:

Super Lage, super Aussicht, kostenlose Parkplätze, leckeres Frühstück und ein hervorragendes Zimmer mit einem Innenpool, welches wir Dank den super zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern als Upgrade bekommen haben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich war wunschlos glücklich, meine Familie ebenfalls.

Pros:

View, parking lot right by entrance, lighting, breakfasts, staff excellent and friendly, hammam, towels, fridge, space for lugage and personal items, safe

Cons:

No view from room, little natural light, 79 stairs (!) - should be listed in each room description, would like shower in addition to hammam, more water in room for coffee maker, construction noise right outside window!, rough prickly sheets

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Firaset/Turgut was absolutely fantastic. Took us on a personalized guided tour of Mardin and was super helpful. The boys Shahmuz and Mohammed were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only downer was the room not cleaned early, but cleaned very well once informed.
