Toilet was broken no water pressure and shower the same in the evening was nit possible to shower normally. No hooks on the bathroom door and balcony for drying things.

Personnel non accueillant souriant , nous avons réservé une chambre supérieur pour 2 adultes on se retrouve avec une chambre économique et 2 lits séparé, et des fortes odeurs dégoût dans la salle de bain , le jour suivant ils nous ont changé de chambre après avoir demandé à 4 reprises , dans la nouvelle chambre on a utilisé le sèche cheveux et tout à disjoncter nous avons eu très peur plus de courant nous avons signalé que le courant a sauté suite à l’utilisation du sèche cheveux leurs réponse le sèche cheveux de cette ne marche pas .
Si un matériel ne marche plus faut faire le nécessaire et le remplacer car c’est très dangereux.
Pas satisfait mon séjour .

Немножко претензий есть конечно по поводу ванной комнаты,но то что номер замечательный и расположение отеля..на это можно закрыть глаза. Не буду писать,потому что в общем впечатление от отеля хорошее

Herşey berbattı sadece kahvaltısı orta derece iyiydi diyebilirim havlu isteriz resepsiyondan gönderiyoruz diyip göndermezler(gerçekten 3 defa farklı günlerde havlular istedik ve hic bir zaman odamiza havlu gelmedi eski havlulari kullandik ve neyseki kendi getirdigimiz havlular vardi onlarla yetindik) fotograflara aldanmayın kesinlikle berbat bir otel tuvalet oturağı yerinden çıkıyor tamir etmeleri icin haber verip rica ediyoruz tamam diyil gecistiriyorlar biz otelden ciktik bugun hala yapilmamistir bazi odalarda recepsiyon a ulasacaginiz telefonlar calismiyor bu konuda da resepsiyonla gorustugumde evet bazi odalarda calismiyor denildi ve gecistirildi çözüm bulma isteği kesinlikle yok su tesisatı sorunlu bazen sular gidiyor duş alamiyorsunuz duşa kabinler çok kirliydi duş başlıkları paslıydı. bize ilk verdikleri oda aşırı basık bir odaydı 305 noluydu sanirsam sonra oda degisikligi talep ettik 2.gunden degistirttik 305 nolu odanın da kapisi zor kapaniyordu odadan cikarken soyledik tamam ilgilenecegiz dediler ama son gunumuzde o odaya tekrar baktik ve hala kapi ayni durumdaydi yani bilmiyorum 1 puan bile fazla bu işletmeye diyorum paranıza yazık edersiniz biraz daha fazla para koyup insan yerine koyulabileceğiz bir otel tercih etmenizi tavsiye ediyorum :) bir daha asla tercih etmeyecegimiz bir işletme olarak kayda geçmiştir.

The staff working at the reception is horrible. When I complained that the shower is broken they said it will be fixed but it wasn't. The man at the reception upon my returning to the hotel even lied it is fixed and after 2 minutes
I entered the room to find out it isn't fixed. Why to lie to your guests in the hotel?
The room service was awful, they changed only once the towels in the room in the whole week of my stay and it was only after I requested it several times. The room was also very dirty, with hairs all over the floor. The trash bin wasn't emptied daily. I also had to complain about this to get it cleaned. Overall, hygiene was disastrous.

Accommodate everyone, I used towels as my pillow. Breakfast plates were cleared quick enough & lots of flies on the food - didn’t really enjoy meals
