Highly recommend!
Pros:

Breakfast was good-bread with meat and cheese,pastries,fruit and yogurt,juice available. There is a supermarket across the street and many restaurants are walkable.Laundry close by.Hotel is on a quiet street-safe and away from all of the tourist craziness and staff was great.Subway is a fiveish minute walk to get to all of the sites.Room is spacious and updated,very clean.Bed was really comfortable and has a great shower and separate toilet room. We had a terrific stay and would highly recommend for singles,couples or families.

Cons:

They didn’t have free coffee available after breakfast.

L'hotel è nuovissimo e si trova vicino alla fermata Glaciere del metro. Ottima accoglienza, sia al checkin che a colazione, in una sala molto bella. La stanza è iper-moderna, molto carina e accogliente non molto grande con lo spazio utilizzato in maniera molto intelligente. Letto molto comodo, bella doccia walk-in e ottimi prodotti da toilette. Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Colazione super, sia dolce che salata, molto apprezzata la macedonia di frutta fresca e il salmone affumicato.

Tutto, la gentilezza del personale,la pulizia e grandezza della camera,la posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse attraverso la metro 6 e il bus. Il quartiere é molto carino e tranquillo, ricco di ristoranti (a 500 m) e con tutti servizi (farmacia, suoermercato ecc)Struttura consigliatissima!

Comfortable haven from the biz of central Paris
Pros:

Spacious room.Walk-in shower.Super comfortable bed.Excellent air conditioning.Attentive staff.Reasonable breakfast.Working elevator to fourth floor.Great location for metro to Paris centre and all the attractions.

Cons:

Everything was great.
A minor difficulty was the lighting in the room.Not too sure how the electrics worked.

Fantastic hotel in a lovely area with great staff and ambience
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with some lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The lady who was on the reception was so nice and helpful. The decor and ambience were lovely. The breakfast was great. Such a good find. Great value for money and I’ve recommended it to all my friends.
