Clean, neat city hotel

Aggressive receptionist and loud maids
Pros:

Bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is good.

Cons:

I wouldn’t stay here again for the following reasons:

- The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear noise from other rooms.
- The housekeeping staff is extremely loud — talking, shouting, and slamming doors. Be prepared to be woken up early when they start cleaning your floor. It felt very inconsiderate.
- The receptionist became quite aggressive when I pointed out that this level of noise early in the morning is not acceptable.
- There is a strange “no food delivery” policy, which is only mentioned at check-in. You are not allowed to order food from outside.
- The breakfast area was very cold (we stayed in mid-March), and while there were quite a few vegetables, the options felt limited overall. For example, there were no scrambled eggs — only hard-boiled ones.

Overall, the stay was disappointing mainly due to the noise, staff attitude, and unclear rules.

Good stay at good price
Pros:

After our flight was cancelled, we needed a place to stay, and this hotel stood out as the best option. Despite checking in at 2:30 am, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and kind. The room was a bit small but otherwise great, and the bed was super comfy—exactly what we needed! It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants and cafés within a 10-minute walk, making it a peaceful spot for a short stay. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special - it served its purpose, but we’ve had better.
