Had a lovely time - in walking distance to most things.
Pros:

Lovely flat with good amenties

Cons:

A bit hot at times as only air con in bedrooms. Hot water in shower would be good but mostly was refreshing and stanndard for the location I think

Pros:

The location is very good, the security too.

Cons:

The mattress is in bad shape, the sofas too, in need of a renovation.
Also the owner has too many regulations, the place is rented for a vacation, it's not a scouts camp.

To the owner, let go of the 85 year old and hire someone younger who can clean the unit properly.
Pros:

Nothing. Everything was bad, the unit was so dirty, dirty floors, dirty aircon, dirty bathroom, dirty kitchen. Old aircons should be replaced as they are too noisy that you can't even sleep because of the AC sound (machine sound) the refrigerator was disgusting, no shelves inside refrigerator to store food properly. No tissue was available unless you message the owner. The owner claims the unit is not clean because the caretaker is 85 years old, but if you enter the RENT business you should hire someone who is capable of cleaning properly! This is the nastiest place we've ever been to, we don't recommend this place at all.

This is the nastiest place we've ever been to, we don't recommend this place at all.

It was okay but its the management that charges a lot of things in the apartment and has a lot of rules and probihited

It was comfortable but the facilities arent that great

Cons:

That there’s a lot of rules and dos and donts and they put a lot of stuff there but if u use or eat some it will charge u extra and its quite unfair after paying quite a bit for the stay

Pros:

The location was awesome. The sense of security was almost overwhelming. The food nearby at the BBQ lady on the corner near the back gate was so perfect. Her use of banana leaves was amazing. It was a culinary vacation.

Cons:

I wanted to get a matriss egg crate topper because I had back problems on the main bedroom. Otherwise it was amazing stay.

Great place to stay at if you're in Davao.
Pros:

Location was great since it's close to the city centre of Davao. Close to a lot of food options and you can easily Grab or use a tricycle to get around. A/C for each room is nice and it's nice and cool. The Host was amazing in trying to resolve an issue for me and is very communicative. Bathroom is very nice.

Cons:

The security guard took some convincing that we were staying at the accommodation. It is unclear where the Garbage Room is (it's close to the entrance). Would be nice to have A/C in the central living room space but I understand that that is not possible.
