Never ever try to book this hotel for your trip. The wors hote and don’t trust what you see on the description.

Nothing we liked about this property. The worst customer services and not suitable for family or individual.

Cons:

Nothing was like as described in the description when we booked. Very dirty, no sunna, no Gym facility and the worse in customer services. No breakfast. We booked with buffet breakfast but there was not breakfast. Very dirty stay a way from this hotel. My son got sick and hospitalised due to insect bite from the hotel just one hours after the check in. There is no reception services. Indian owner which they don’t give a shit about your health and concern. We demands refunds for our breakfast and not provided the services as described. I just can’t believe this hotel is in booking.com. This hotel must be re-certified. The buffet breakfast was provided in the room which not eatable. Very old bread maybe two weeks old. Very disrespectful.

Staff were reasonably friendly

Cons:

Very dirty. Towels general appearance bedding everything was dirty, three different kind of wallpaper in one room to cover moms and dirt and the pictures did not represent the hotel particularly around the pool area where there were lots of discarded rubbish and rusted chairs etc. we left 2 hours after checking in

The hotel boasts modern facilities and comfortable atmosphere. My room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay and the overall Vibe of the hotel was conducive to relaxation after busy day.

Refreshing oasis after a day in the Sun
Pros:

The pool area was a welcome escape from Patong heat. Clean, inviting and a great spot to relax and recharge. The hotel itself offers a modern and comfortable environment to come back to.
