Pros:

It was very clean, the owner was lovely and the room was just perfect! Couldn't have asked for anything better! When we had issues they were sorted straight away

Cons:

The bed was a little firm for me but thats just personal preference

Very comfortable and affordable.
Pros:

This was a last minute booking due to the cancellation of the Channel Island ferries. On booking, we received confirmation nearly immediately. We then received communication about checkin and finally, as promised a message with our key box code. We were met at the door and the lovely gentlemen helped my husband with the luggage which was great as we were on the top floor (no lift). The room was a good size and had a microwave and small refrigerator.

Cons:

There was no lift but due to the age of the property, this was not unexpected.

Excellent location for what we wanted.
Pros:

Excellent location for the Kings Theatre. 3 woman staying and was accommodated with 3 beds in the room, which is good for 1 nights stay. Very quick responses to emails.

Cons:

The only thing wrong in the room we could not get the rain shower to work. But that was not a problem. Very clean room tho.

Consiglio molto se dovete fare un viaggio, dove nella stanza state solo giusto per dormire, noi l’abbiamo prenotato perché abbiamo una parte della nostra famiglia a Portsmouth , quindi stavamo fuori tutto il giorno . Ottimo qualità prezzo

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, place de parking incluse donc très pratique, le lit était un peu mou mais c'est une question de gout donc aucun souci, le logement était propre est bien équipé sinon
