Pros:

Convenient location, comfortable bed, good facilities.

Cons:

Photos need to be updated to show what current exterior of property looks like. Exterior also has sign of Southsea apartments not Green Light House Studio.

Good for a day or two.
Pros:

Only here for one night as a stop off to the port. But nice and close and facilities were good

Cons:

Bathroom had a mirror cabinet that is too big over the sink so difficult to wash and brush your teeth without make a mess

Enjoyable but not good for parking.

The parking! Far too tight to get cars in/out of the spaces. The allocated parking spaces do not work as there is not enough room to park the cars.

Pros:

Very close to ferry and convenient for an early morning crossing. Good size room and staff very helpful.

Cons:

Very noisy as on a main road. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The parking was the main issue. The front of the properties parking was quite tight and if u have a large vehicle or van it’s difficult to park. I looked out of the window at 12am to find a truck had completely blocked me in. I then could not sleep and was panicking that I had an early crossing and wouldn’t be able to move my vehicle. This was supposed to be a stress free option staying up the night before. But it was extremely stressful. After two phone calls to the owners of the property, they eventually tracked down the driver to another room. I then had to knock him up at 6am. To be fair to the staff, they did all they could but for the parking alone I wouldn’t book this again.

Couldn't open the key box, seemed like we had the wrong details, but sorted out over the phone in minutes.

Pros:

Le bâtiment est plutôt propre, nous avions la chambre double de luxe, la taille de la chambre est plus que correct .

Cons:

Le lit « kingsize » s’avère être deux lit simple collé, et se sont de vieux matelas à ressort vraiment désagréable mais cela reste le seul point négatif.

We would stay again if we could be certain that air conditioning had been installed.
Pros:

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The French door made easy access to the car park which was a benefit. Value for money.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the apartment. We spoke to a very nice person who said he worked at the property and it was planned but not yet installed. A large fan was provided which cooled the room but was not so effective as aircon - it was an uncomfortable 34 degrees.

Pros:

Central and easy to find
Quiet

Cons:

Bathroom dangerous as no non slip mat in bath. Felt unsafe getting out after a shower
No toiletries despite saying they were provided
Mattress uncomfortable with springs poking through.

Pros:

suited our purposes of an overnight stay before travelling home on the train very well. very big and comfortable bed.

Cons:

cooking facilities slightly exaggerated - it would be quite difficult to cook a full meal. suitable for snacks though.
