Pros:

suited our purposes of an overnight stay before travelling home on the train very well. very big and comfortable bed.

Cons:

cooking facilities slightly exaggerated - it would be quite difficult to cook a full meal. suitable for snacks though.

Pros:

Facilities were good with tea & coffee making facilities. Even a fridge & microwave

Not the most easy to find, would be worth telling people it’s the large blue building to make it easier to find, as it’s on a busy street

There is parking available which is convenient if you have a car.

Cons:

The double bed was completely unsuitable for sleeping. It urgently needs to be replaced.
My friend woke up in the middle of the night with severe back pain and a headache after sleeping on it. The mattress appeared to collapse in the middle, causing the mattress to sink and change shape from the centre towards the foot of the bed.

In addition, being on the top floor, the flat was already very warm, and the carpeting seemed to trap the heat, making the apartment uncomfortably hot throughout the stay.

Clean, good location but too noisy.
Pros:

Clean and good communication.

Cons:

Unfortunately it was very noisy with other guests coming and going until 2am. The sound proofing was poor and I got little sleep. The key boxes were on the other side of the wall on which the bed’s headrest was and so every time someone accessed their keys the noise woke me up along with doors slamming.
