Pros:

The location was perfect close to everything ESPECIALLY the beach but really didn't need to leave the hotel except for dinner. All the pools were nice but crowded.

Cons:

There was an ac leak in our room and looked like mold growing on the carpet from it. They did come very fast to fix the leak though. The hotel seemed kind of old.

Pros:

they let us check in free of charge, the room was much bigger than we expected and overall it was very nice! they had a lot for kids to do which was nice. we loved the polynesian show and got to see it twice. the only real negative i had was them canceling the foam party for a storm that never came and the next one was the day we were checking out. my daughter was very disappointed.

Cons:

the mini golf area could use some tlc, the indoor pools smelled awful and they all could’ve been cleaned more, there was no one monitoring the outdoor slide pool and several small kids got hit by bigger kids coming off the slide. 5-6 teen boys would come down at the same time and even hit my daughter so hard it knocked her goggles off while she was trying to swim away from the slide. they should definitely have a lifeguard at that pool.

We had an amazing time celebrating my child’s birthday!
Pros:

I loved all of the amenities at the property, especially the Polynesian dance experience! And also being right on the beach!

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room didn’t come with a hairdryer, that you could purchase one from the lobby - but I should’ve researched that!

First and last time staying here overpriced to be staying in mold
Pros:

Moldy rooms and even lobby smelled of mold

Cons:

Understandable that it’s an older hotel resort but needs an upgrade and mold issue needs to be taken care of.

The beds were comfortable, but kitchenette needs to be updated and they need to make sure that they spray for bugs
Pros:

It was convenient to most everything.

Cons:

Appliances seemed a little outdated, the drawers and shelving in the fridge were cracked and broken, I had a spider in my bed that may have been a brown recluse
