Front desk very rude not helpful. Have to pay full price one day price for late check out. Not very customer friendly.
Pros:

Close to beach.

Cons:

Very dated needs remodeled. Could be nice if updated. Price too high for what it is.

The stay was enjoyable but needs work!
Pros:

I like the fact that it was on the beach the ladies doing karaoke at the Tiki Bar was very nice and helpful with some suggestions on things that was going on in the area

Cons:

The lazy river and indoor pool needed some chlorine in it, no iron/ironing board, the door to our room was hard to open so it was kind of good and bad…The resort is outdated looks like something out the 80’s and there was kids in the Tiki Bar

Good family time
Pros:

I like the location because we like coconuts and the sandbar. I like how the room had a chain lock and a lock on patio door as well had an autistic child with us.

Cons:

Wish there were more chairs at the pools and more floats for lazy river. Our room had water leaks so we were moved to a different room.

We always stay here during bike week in oct. It was okay. Nothing really bad.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The TV wouldn't pick up and the wifi stayed down. I asked for a different room.

It was fun but I wish the resort rooms were updated. They will look the same as they did back in 2016

Playground, ice cream shop (worker at shop was RUDE), and wash off stations

Cons:

The rooms were super outdated. Paint missing from cabinets and doorways. Floor was weak in places. Super our dated tub/shower.

Pros:

I did not like anything about the property.

Cons:

They kept skipping over my daughter on karaoke night. My refrigerator didn’t work. Had to keep killing big roaches in my room .

Close to the beach.

Cons:

This was the WORST experience I EVER had with a resort hotel. The service was horrible, they say all-inclusive but of what... Nothing was free. You had to pay for ice, wrong bedding on the beds. The tub was about to fall in the center of the tub. The room smell horrible, only two plastics chairs on the balcony. At the ice cream parlor, they over charge you. They did not specified one scoop of ice cream would be charge by the weight. They also charge you for lawn charge on the beach. There no indication stating to bring your own chairs... this was a JOKE for almost $1,300.00 a rip off. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Pros:

Nothing like the room they advertised paid more money here for a small room then if I would have gone to our normal vacation resort thats what we get for trying some place new and expect to get what's advertised very disappointed!!
