Eine eher teure Erfahrung, die ich nicht eben weiter empfehlen würde
Pros:

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit

Cons:

Das von mir gebuchte Apartment Nr. 101 im Erdgeschoss hat ein Fenster zu einer Hofeinfahrt, die direkt von dem sehr befahrenen und daher lauten Mehringdamm abgeht. Folglich ist es in der Wohnung eher dunkel und bei geöffnetem Fenster kaum auszuhalten. Allerdings lässt sich bei den gut abdichtenden Fenstern, wenn geschlossen, sehr wohl schlafen. Ich denke, dass die anderen Wohneinheiten, die weiter hinten im Erdgeschoss liegen, vorteilhafter sind.
Bleibt aber das meines Erachtens unangemessene Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, da weder die Gegend noch das Haus einladend wirken. Da gibt es in Berlin vieles, was charmanter und billiger ist.

Es war sauber und günstig

Cons:

Bitte nicht den Bildern glauben. So sieht es nicht in den Zimmern aus! Hatte ein mehrstöckiges Bett und kam mir vor, wie im Gefängnis. Lampe defekt, Duschtür defekt, Regenduschkopf in der Dusche defekt. Insgesamt alles sehr billig und minderwertig. Lage ist direkt am Ostkreuz, was sehr gut und sehr schlecht sein kann. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung.

Pros:

Rooms were decent and operational

Cons:

Towels were not charged daily
Required to ask them to replace after the 2nd day but it was only replaced after day three after 2 reminders
They didn’t even took out the wet and dirty towels
Just placed new towels

Good for a very short stay
Anything more
Get a proper hotel

RECOMENDABLE!
Pros:

El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, si bien es pequeño, está muy bien distribuido y con un diseño de interior muy moderno y confortable. Esta en una zona muy cómoda que nos permitió movilizarnos por varios lugares de interés. Cerca del Muro de Berlín para ir caminando. A una cuadra de un supermarket muy completo y de bares y pizzerias. Un lugar muy recomendable. 🇦🇷Cba. Argentina

Beautiful, spacious, industrial modern apartment, I visited whilst it was snowing and the heating was quick and toasty considering how spacious the apartment is. Captures Berlins vibe in simplistic way. Would come again

Pros:

Die Ausstattung war relativ gut. Das Zimmer war größtenteils sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile hätte etwas besser sein können, es gab keine Schere und auch keine tiefen Schüsseln. Auch war der Ausblick aus dem Fenster nicht schön und die Unterkunft allgemein war sehr dunkel, sodass man du jeder Zeit immer Licht anhaben musste. Der Kühlschrank war auch sehr laut und hat beim Schlafen etwas gestört.
