La ubicación
Me ofrecen frente a la Plaza y me dieron habitación a una calle donde hay un bar con mucho ruido que da a las habitaciones
El check inn lo cobran muy alto cuando en otros hoteles si hay disponibilidad lo dan como un servicio
La ubicación es excelente, la terraza tiene vista a la parroquia, muy limpio, el personal muy amable. en mi caso querían darme una habitación en el otro Hotel que tienen pero la señorita que me atendió nos busco habitación en el que esta frente a la parroquia
The location
There was music outside wich made it hard for us to sleep
It’s in a great location, clean and well maintained.
There is nothing bad to say since it’s kept really well.
Location and cost-benefit. Updated room with amenities including capsule coffee machine. Great water pressure and comfortable bed. Pet friendly.
Asked for a room change as first one had a terrible humidity or sewer smell. Second one was better but smell still there. Rooms in the building we were located had really bad sound proofing and the door let all noise from downstairs’ bar in. Overcharged a stain on the duvet at check out just because. And the stairs to the last floor had one step higher than the others which caused several people to misstep.

The bed wasn’t super comfortable to me but my partner slept really well so I think it’s a preference.
It was a great stay
It did not have mirror at the room only in restroom, and they charged 600 pesos for a towel that had hair color stain, I think that was way over prized .

The location was amazing, great view of the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcangel from the rooftop, it is currently under construction for a future restaurant which I’m sure will be awesome, I tried their current location and the food and service were spectacular. Special shout out to Alex, he was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

Lugar limpio y céntrico.
No me volvería a hospedar aquí. El personal poco amable, y muchos hidden fees. El hotel está bonito y céntrico pero hay otras opciones con las mismas características por menor precio. Te cobran un fee de 280MN POR HORA por early check in, y también me querían retener mi depósito porque una toalla tenía maquillaje. Mi hermana viajó conmigo y se hospedo en otro lugar en la misma área y la dejaron hacer early check in sin costo y el personal muy amable.
