El hotel está dentro de un pub con música alta, céntrico y limpio

Nos gustó la ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

Nos sentimos engañados al ser un hotel diferente al contratado. Son dos hoteles diferentes! El que nos tocó tenía un pub restaurante con música en el propio patio interior al que dan las habitaciones muy alta desde las 9 de la mañana hasta que se vaya el último cliente de noche. Por suerte no era fin de semana y pudimos rogar que bajaran la música. Por otro lado es el primer hotel que nos pide fianza y no la recuperas hasta una semana después al tardar el banco en hacerlo.

Excellent and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great central location, a block from the main square. Comfortable bed and soft sheets with two windows (Deluxe “suite”) overlooking the pedestrian street.

Su limpieza y el lugar

Cons:

Tuve varios inconvenientes durante mi estadía. Una de las habitaciones fue entregada con un fuerte olor a cigarrillo, el cual estaba impregnado especialmente en las sábanas y toallas, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. En la otra habitación no funcionaba el agua caliente. Ambas situaciones fueron reportadas oportunamente, pero nunca recibimos respuesta ni solución por parte del hotel.

Adicionalmente, solicitan un depósito que, considerando el costo excesivo de las habitaciones, no debería ser cobrado. Esto resulta injustificado y genera una mala experiencia desde el inicio.

Por otra parte, el escándalo proveniente del restaurante no permite descansar adecuadamente, afectando significativamente la tranquilidad que se espera durante la estadía. En general, la atención frente a las quejas deja mucho que desear, ya que no se percibe disposición para resolver los inconvenientes de los huéspedes.

Cozy hotel with great staff
Pros:

Great location close to downtown. The entire staff was phenomenal and so helpful from the front desk staff to the bellboys to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noisy due to downtown on weekends but that’s expected.

Ok for a short stay
Pros:

Location and cost-benefit. Updated room with amenities including capsule coffee machine. Great water pressure and comfortable bed. Pet friendly.

Cons:

Asked for a room change as first one had a terrible humidity or sewer smell. Second one was better but smell still there. Rooms in the building we were located had really bad sound proofing and the door let all noise from downstairs’ bar in. Overcharged a stain on the duvet at check out just because. And the stairs to the last floor had one step higher than the others which caused several people to misstep.

Pros:

Incredible, unbeatable location. Really friendly staff. Nice aesthetic. Very clean.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t super comfortable to me but my partner slept really well so I think it’s a preference.

It did not have mirror at the room only in restroom, and they charged 600 pesos for a towel that had hair color stain, I think that was way over prized .
