Não cheguei a ficar hospedada pois quando chegar em frente, não havia ninguém para atender a companhia. Cancelei na porta e tive que, em cima da hora, conseguir outra hospedagem.

Bom custo benefício, valeu para passarmos a noite.
Pros:

Hospedagem tranquila, anfitrião atencioso e cortês. Roupa de cama limpa, janela grande e pé direito bem alto. Padaria a poucos quarteirões de distância. Livraria também, recomendo visitar. O anfitrião estava montando uma biblioteca em um dos cômodos, parece que vai ficar bem legal.

Cons:

O banheiro era coletivo e sem boxe. A água do chuveiro molhava o banheiro, que dependia que a pessoa anterior passasse o rodo para mantê-lo seco. De qualquer forma, ficava úmido e formava um pouco de lama caso houvesse alguma poeira no calçado. Seria bom que o boxe ficasse separado do resto do banheiro.

A janela do quarto em que ficamos dava direto para a área, o que tirava um pouco da privacidade e impedia de deixar aberta à noite.

O sistema de chave no cofre na porta de entrada também não funciona muito bem e depende que as pessoas utilizem corretamente para não prejudicar os próximos. Passamos pela situação de não terem deixado a chave no cofre e por sorte havia alguém na sala para abrir por dentro para a gente.

A rua à noite estava deserta. Não sei se chega a ter algum perigo de fato, mas não andaria a pé à noite.

Ótima localização. Fiquei em uma quarto amplo e com sacada pra rua da frente. Muito bom.

Pros:

Particulièrement propre et calme, bien situé pour des promenades dans le vieux Sao Luis. Le propriétaire est très disponible pour le bien-être de ses hôtes. Je recommande vivement !
