Nice location, amazing staff
Pros:

Nice location, easy access from BTS and Airport link, very nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

As it is downtown, you can’t avoid some bugs at the hotel. With decent cleaning it could be erased.

Cons:

Заехали на 3 ночи в типо "лучший номер" гостиницы, и войдя в большой красивый номер, первое что увидели - в комнате у кровати в мусорнике- использованный презерватив (просто жесть) ::((( а так же были грязные перегородки в душевой... пожаловались администратору, который на удивление был чрезвычайно отзывчивым и вызвав уборщицу велел все убрать, а нам предложил показать другие номера на выбор... посмотрев несколько номеров, ужаснулись их ветхим состоянием и решили вернуться в тот который был в процессе уборки..
На второй вечер нас посетил таракан🤦‍♀️ и мы не выдержали, собрали вещи и пошли ночевать в ругой отель неподалеку .
Из плюсов в этом отеле очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, и он находиться близко к станции метро которое идет прямо в аэропорт
Из минусов - старые номера и задрыпанная мебель , а если вам повезло попасть в улучшенный номер, то скорей всего там кто-то побыстрому придавался утехам, оставив в чистом номере использованные доказательства..

Pros:

It was a transit city break. The bed was good firm and bedsheets were clean. All facilities are there for use inc hair dryer, fridge and kettle. But they didn't have room available and offered other hôtel de lavender nearer to prathuman. The room is very noisy but good location for shopping .

Cons:

They have a free shuttle but only operating after 1pm. Noisy and floor presents some cockroaches.

Stayed 2 hours long enough to book another hotel how this is 4 star more like 2 star

A lovely and comfortable stay with warm, helpful staff.
