Отвратительно !!!! По прибытию час ожидания перед закрытой дверью отеля , в самом отеле грязно , в номере холод , ужасная грязь , пришлось покинуть отель

Not much around the hotel , only a couple of shops

The location was too isolated . As a single female traveller with a child I didn’t feel safe in the area at night time. It was too dark to walk anywhere. Had to get taxis which were 25 euros each way into Belek or could also get the bus which was much cheaper. We were initially told the buses stopped around 7pm but that wasn’t the case. We found this out after the lady owner drove us into Belek to her brother families restaurant which was very kind of her and the food was fabulous. We also didn’t have our bedding changed despite asking for this - it did get done on about day 5 but that was after having to ask again. We had a leaking bathroom sink which I reported on my way out in the morning. When we got back that evening they had placed a large yogurt pot underneath to collect the water. When I enquired the next day what was happening they were very non committal - they said we would have to move rooms - I didn’t want to pack everything up and then unpack all over again so I declined this. The sink did eventually get repaired but that was three days after brining to the attention of the staff. Breakfast - we only went once was very continental / Turkish. I couldn’t abide the flys all around the food.

The hotel is new, and maybe that’s the reason, I don’t know, but the service is poor. The housekeeper didn’t come into the room at all during my stay. I can’t even describe the breakfast — for this price, they could offer a much richer selection! As for the WiFi service, I can’t say anything, I don’t even know if it’s available. After all, the hotel is new, but they need to make an effort to meet the guests’ expectations.

Det fanns inte flygplatstransfer som det stod på hemsidan. Maten var god men kändes lite ohygienisk pga att allt stod ute i värmen utan kyla eller varmhållning.

Ich kann nicht sagen alles war in Ordnung

Bad service, poor quality, dirty, food impossible to eat. No heating, no blanket provided, even in winter. Staff unwilling to help even though hotel was empty. Left the room after the first night with the risk of not getting any money back. Was a work trip so facilities not important, but still a minimum needed. Cannot imagine how would be for holiday. Avoid at all cost, ANY other choice is better.

On a eu au debut quelques soucis de chauffage dans la chambre (mais résolues par le personnel), le parking du hotel n'est pas bien indiqué par Google maps, et pas facile à trouver. Le prix semblait quand meme un peu trop élevé par rapport au niveau de confort sur place et malgré le "hors saison".

Nichts hat mir gefallen

Nem jártak takarítani se törölközőt cserélni. Ehetetlen volt a reggeli, mindemellett szinte választási lehetőség sem volt. Fürdeni a 4 napból 1x tudtunk meleg vízbe a többi napon hideg volt hiába jeleztük ! Nem ott helyezkedett el ahol meg volt jelölve ezáltal messze volt mindentől!
