Wonderful!
Pros:

The location was great. Place comfortable with patio.

Cons:

Not enough towels, dishes, paper towels and toilet tissues. Didn't like the 10am check out. Should be 11am , which is standard.

Will never stay here again.
Pros:

Well equipped kitchen.

Cons:

This cottage was misrepresented by inaccurate photos on booking.com. It was dark and depressing with very outdated furniture and decor. The shape of the bathtub made it non usable for an adult. The beds were rock hard. The cream and sugar for coffee was expired. The cream curdled into big chunks in the coffee and the sugar was rock hard. The location was a hike from parking when you have heavy suitcases. The patio and patio furniture were so full of dirt and leaves we couldn't use it.

Would have been good except for the musty smell in the unit.
Pros:

The units are on a great property. Very quiet. It was a nice unit except for the musty smell in the unit.

Cons:

The place smelled moldy and musty. I do not know if it was just this unit or all the first floor units smelled like this. Since I have mold sensitivity, the stay was a bit difficult for me. Outside did not smell like that. I would not stay there again. Maybe I will try an upstairs unit next time.

Tired, outdated and in need of refurbishment - avoid.
Pros:

We booked two apartments, each for 2 nights.
The resort itself is in a good location with a really good golf course.
Checking in was straightforward.

Cons:

The apartment is well overdue a refurbishment - decoration, furniture and equipment, most of which is old. We booked mainly due to the fact that it was advertised as having a washing machine and we were a week into our 11 daty trip. However when we arrived, neither apartment had a WM and we therefore had to wash our stuff by hand as the WM in the launderettes were being used. We then had to dry our clothes on a chair/recliner outside next to the golf course. When I used the iron, it spat dirty water over my white polo so everything else went unironed.
Worse of all, the toilet overflowed during our 1st night (of 2) and ended up flooding the bedroom as well (see photos). This was resolved, however took all morning meaning we had to cancel one of our wine tours.
We were verbally offered 25% of our money back for this inconvenience. However we were then refunded less than half of that. Booking.com informed me that they had recommended to the owner to pay the 25% (approx) however since then they have decided not to communicate with us.
Honestly, avoid this place, there are much better in the area.

Amazing
Pros:

Our stay at the Signature Collection at The Napa Residences was everything we hoped for—and then some. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was something special. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a calm, relaxing energy. It’s clear the hosts have thought of every little detail.

We loved waking up to natural light pouring through the sliding glass doors, enjoying espresso in the morning, and winding down in the evening with a glass of wine on the patio. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and having a kitchen and living area made it feel like a real home—not just a hotel room.

The location is ideal—tucked inside Silverado Resort, just a short drive to dozens of amazing wineries and restaurants, but peaceful and quiet at night. Walking the grounds in the evening was a highlight—it’s so lush and serene.

Check-in was super easy, parking was no problem, and everything worked perfectly. We honestly didn’t want to leave. This is our new go-to whenever we’re in Napa. Highly, highly recommend!

Perfect location to explore Napa
Pros:

We travel a lot and usually stay in boutique hotels, but this spot completely won us over. It felt like having our own little Napa retreat—with all the comfort and convenience of a resort, but way more personal.
The space was super clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. We loved waking up to sunlight pouring in through the big windows and sipping espresso on the balcony before heading out wine tasting. The kitchen setup was greatfor prepping small bites and late-night snacks, and the bed was ridiculously comfy—slept like rocks every night.
The Silverado location is honestly perfect. You're just a quick drive to some of the best wineries and restaurants in Napa, but the property itself is quiet, green, and relaxing. We even squeezed in a couple of short walks around the golf course trails. Parking was free and easy, and check-in took less than five minutes.
One thing we appreciated: this place just worked. No weird surprises, no chasing someone down for a code, no hassle. It’s clear the hosts know what they’re doing.
If you want a stylish, stress-free home base for exploring Napa, this is it. Already looking at dates for next spring.
