Cons:

This hotel has very bad service. We got a small room with a very small bed, and the main issue was that it was very noisy, both from outside and inside. We heard the traffic from the road very loudly even with the windows closed, and we could also hear people from the next room. We didn’t sleep at all, and we are not usually sensitive to noise.
After a night like this, we went to the reception to ask for a solution, and they asked us to give them a 5/5 rating on Google in order to replace the room. In the end, we stayed in the same room and had a very bad experience.
The breakfast was disappointing, the room was very small, the service was bad, and it was very noisy. Don’t go there!

Wir waren für drei Tage mit der Familie in Paris und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schönes, neues und sauberes kleines Appartment mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Kinder (11, 16 J.) und 2 Erwachsene, bequemes Schlafsofa, zentrale Lage in guter Gegend. Kleines, aber sehr feines Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung heizt sich bei warmem Wetter schnell auf.

Definitely did not like that with the checkin information, the property was pushing for an “all in insurance coverage for damages to the property “ of 30€ in order not to block 300€ guarantee.
It felt as a very cheap approach when I was paying already over 500€/ night and I was not renting a car…
