Pros:

Great location and design with working chimnea.

Cons:

High ceilings, while beautiful robbed the rooms of heat generated by chimnea. We sat in front of the fire a lot which was romantic.

Amazing spot - fantastic people, great location and wonderful facilities.

Refreshing
Pros:

A very refreshing interior, spacious and clean. Hot water. Huge bed. Friendly staff. We were able to check in early, right after arriving by night bus. Very little sound from the outside.

Cons:

The place seems to be created for looks rather than use. A lot of the furniture was quite uncomfortable: The concrete couch and its odd massive pillow left little room to sit, the really high concrete table.. The fireplace is more of a gimmick than an actual working fireplace. Acoustics are quite bad so you have to be lucky with your neighbours.

der kamin war das beste was mir im kalten san christobal passieren konnte … die einrichtung auch sehr schick und das bett war das beste, was ich in mexico hatte.

es zog sehr da die haupttür undicht ist.

Paz, comodidad con calidad
Pros:

Ubicación céntrica, diseño minimalista que transmite mucha paz. Shampoo, acondicionador, jabones olor a verbena delicioso. La cama, almohadas y sábanas te brindan una calidad de sueño increíble. Chimenea, agua filtrada, platos, vasos, frigobar, todo precioso y de calidad. El staff servicial, amable y alegres para lo que se te ofrezca

Prachtig schoon verblijf midden in het centrum
Pros:

Prachtige ruime kamers en heel erg schoon.

Cons:

De druk van de douche is er laag en door de kou is het daardoor erg fris om te douche

Great place ☺️
Pros:

Stylish, very comfortable and large bed, nice with plants and fireplace.

Cons:

As many reviews here mentioned already, it was very cold inside. We initially “ thought how bad can it be “ but it was freezing. There were no radiators anywhere in the studio and it’s all in concrete. Only a fireplace which didn’t do much to the temperature. Bring slippers and warm clothes!

Pros:

The location and the staff were friendly and very polite. The place is stunning and beautiful.

Cons:

The lady on the front told us that she couldn't change our towels that they dont change them everyday .. I told her they havent clean or change towels in the last two days and we need a refresh.

Wir hatten sogar einen Kamin den wir am Abend anmachen konnten.
Schöne Ausstattung, alles was man braucht.
Riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Küchen und Essbereich.
Wir könnten unser Gepäck dort aufbewahren bis das Zimmer fertig war.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um eine 24 Stunden Rezeption, nicht um einen 24 Stunden Check In.
Ein Check-in ist erst ab 15 Uhr möglich.
Das ist auf booking.com anders beschrieben und wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir direkt einchecken können.

Pros:

I had an absolutely exceptional stay! The villa is simply magnificent, beautifully designed and equipped with every comfort. The location is perfect, allowing easy access to all the main attractions in the area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and incredibly welcoming.
A special thank-you to the staff, who were always available, attentive, and genuinely kind — they truly made the experience even better.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Could be great but needs some tweaks...
Pros:

The property looks great and is really spacious. Having the view on to the garden in our studio was lovely.

Cons:

It was freezing! I know it was a relatively cold time for San Cristobal, but it was so cold in the studio. Having such high ceilings (and openings at the top of the wall) contribute to this, plus everything being concrete, and the windows to the garden not really sealing properly. There was a fireplace but we tried multiple times to light it to no effect. Eventually the staff brought us a tiny heater.

The design looks great but there are several flaws eg the coffee machine can't be plugged in because the plugs don't reach, the sofa looks cool but is 90 degrees and so really uncomfortable, and the table is super high compared to the chairs. All kind of form over function...
